This board is for the discussion of topics related to business, economics, financial markets, securities, currencies (including cryptocurrencies), commodities, etc -- as well as topics relating to starting and running a business.

Discussions of government policy must be strictly limited to economic policies (fiscal and monetary). Discussions of a political nature should be posted on >>>/pol/. Global Rule 3 is also obviously in effect.

Note: /biz/ is NOT a place for ADVERTISING or SOLICITING. Do NOT use it to promote your business, ventures, or anything you may have an interest in. Anything that looks remotely like advertising or soliciting will be removed. Begging/asking (including tipping) for cryptocurrencies or asking for money/capital is also strictly forbidden.
    >>

Check the catalog before posting a new thread!

Reply to existing threads about a topic instead of starting a new one. Mods will delete obvious duplicate threads and spam without notice.

Yes they definitely have way better models that have never been released publicly, but it’s still a bubble/grift as they’ve been saying this shit for 3+ years now, and there’s no substantive evidence that ai has resulted in non insignificant efficiency gains.

Ai will still be a revolution, but it’s going to take a lot longer than people think, this bubble is actively bursting, and will burst over the next year.

Solipsism is the truth. At the ultimate level it's all me experiencing myself. EVERYTHING is me. Everything. There is nothing that isn't me. In fact, I am literally nothing. No thing. And nothingness is simultaneously everything. I am God. I am me. The most important thing to realize is that what I fundamentally am, is me. And this "me" is EVERYTHING. I am the fabric of reality. The totality. So everything is ultimately just me. There is no separation. The cosmic joke.

I tried that but I hate traveling.
    >>
    >>62841113
I yearn for traveling, but my country is at least 10+ hours from anywhere different. When I do get that beloved holiday crossing the hemisphere, it turns Winter into Summer and I love every minute of it. The problem is the dreadful last 1-2 days, the moment you go to that country's airport you are no longer with that race - it's all Indians and Asians and you know you're going back to that same demographic where you reside. It's a sickening feel.

Anywho, what do non-clubbing/glutton/drinking people like to do? I try to find annual or other special events taking place in that country, or take pictures with the trusty camera.

businesses used to be created somehow. i don't quite understand when and under what conditions that moment arrives when starting your own business becomes extremely risky, and people start investing in stocks and housing instead of building businesses.

I am sure I will go back to my regular diet tomorrow. Before Wednesday I was around 21kg lower than my typical weight a few years ago, which is quite incredible.

Frequently when I feel really low and pathetic in life I start watching anime, since I see it as unapologetic loser slop. But I never like it because it's so transparently indulgent kids nonsense.

I am no longer right wing. I will not lift a fucking finger to help normies stop being replaced by third worlders. Three simple words: DIY.

The profit comes in the form of labor savings once the layoffs start. Every software engineer can see the writing on the wall, they're all nervous about how their job is just babysitting Claude agents now, which you don't need 10,000 devs each costing six figure salaries to do. And if you think those clerk, data entry, sales, or helpdesk jobs are any more complicated than programming, lol.

A lot of FUD on here recently and it's brainless low tier retard FUD. I am here to answer any legitimate questions or concerns you have about crypto in general. Specifically I am hoping to dispel some uncertainty and the widespread belief that this Binance hack was something that proves crypto is broken.

Come on in here and post, hopefully a question. Why do you hate crypto? Do you have fear for the near future? AI got you down? Come on in friend, pull up a chair.

you are genuinely retarded and don't understand that north korea and iran are fully reliant on an off-chain grey market to function, of which binance is a part, they are not selling into a fucking dex to pay for drones and missiles. these third world tinpot dictatorships are not using "decentralized finance" in any regard other than looting what they can. anyway you're mentally deficient, not my problem, but your thread is shit and does nothing to make crypto look better. cexes are currently inextricable from the system and there are NO movements from within that are capable of dislodging them, the only hope at this point is massive reform imposed by an external body, which is years away from happening, if ever

Exactly. They are sanctioned and cut off from the rest of the world so guess what they use? An actually decentralized financial system you say? Oh yeah, right. Thank you for proving my point retard.
    >they are not selling into a fucking dex to pay for drones and missiles. these third world tinpot dictatorships are not using "decentralized finance" in any regard
Oh yeah they just use DEXs to swap to and from assets in a manner that makes it impossible to trace right? Never mind fantastic assets like Monero, the North Koreans are using shit like Tornado Cash and Railgun and I think ThorChain too. You just proved my point that they in fact do use DEXs and that DEXs are objectively a decentralized financial system that is free from control censorship.
    >currently inextricable from the system and there are NO movements from within that are capable of dislodging them
False. Keep ignoring my point about DEXs slowly but surely gaining ground. Hyperliquid anyone? Again, thank you for proving my point.

Sell it all, today. I'm not joking, get the fuck out. OpenAI only raised $11B of the $30B that they need to avoid bankruptcy before their IPO next year. Unless they get bailed out, they're going to shut down operations in January. If OpenAI collapses, the entire $10T+ AI bubble will vaporize overnight.

It never existed in the first place. The entire global market is vastly overvalued relative to hard assets or even fiat currency, its the only thing that allows institutions and money speculators to accrue value. On top of that, the Chinks are particularly egregious in all forms of economic lying - overvaluing their real estate, faking precious metals, overvaluing their population and their currency, everything. Yes, every other country is guilty of overvaluing, but the Chinks are basically a stone age mud-dwelling hut people baying at the moon pretending to be a modern nation, its a massive gap between what's real and what they report.

No, and this fallacy is why socialism exists. There is no set amount of wealth in the world. Wealth is created and destroyed everyday.

Don't tell that to the commiecrats. They want to tax everyone based on the imaginary value of unrealized gains.
