This Privacy Policy describes how owo.vg (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Service (our websites, APIs, and related infrastructure). It is meant to reflect, at a high level, how the current codebase and deployment are structured; specifics may evolve as features change.

1. Information we collect

Server and network logs. We process technical data typical of web services, which may include:

Cookies and session identifiers. We use cookies (or similar browser storage) to keep you signed in where the Service requires authentication—for example, Gold Pass sessions and legacy posting-integration cookies. These values tie your browser to server-side session records for as long as the session remains valid.

Gold Pass and account records. If you purchase or reserve a pass, we store account data we need to authenticate you and manage entitlements. That includes a unique token, credential material such as a PIN, subscription status, creation and expiry timestamps, optional internal notes, and—if you request it—an email address used to deliver transactional messages. Payment flows may also store references returned by our payment processor (for example invoice or payment identifiers).

Operational databases. To run anti-abuse systems, quality controls, and diagnostics, we write structured records to databases and files under our control. Unless an exception applies (see Retention below), those records follow our three-day deletion standard.

Content you send through the Service. When you post, report, or upload through our infrastructure, the content and files are transmitted onward to third-party sites as part of providing the Service. We may temporarily process or log related metadata as described above. We do not claim ownership of your posts.

Third-party processors. We use vendors for payments (for example cryptocurrency checkout), email delivery, and infrastructure (including CDNs). Those providers process data under their own policies when their systems touch your information.

2. How we use information

3. Sharing

We share information with infrastructure and payment providers as needed to operate the Service. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. We may also share information in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention

We retain the operational and technical data described in this Policy—logs, diagnostics, anti-abuse and rating events, statistical rows, and similar processing records—for three (3) days from the time they are stored. When that period ends, we delete that data permanently from our systems using our normal deletion procedures. We do not keep recoverable backups or archives of that material for longer periods, so after deletion it is not possible to recover those records from us.

Information that must exist to keep an active feature working (for example a valid Gold Pass on file, an open sign-in session, or a payment reference until checkout completes) may persist only while that entitlement or transaction remains active. When it ends or is revoked, we apply the same permanent-deletion approach above unless applicable law requires us to keep a minimal record longer. Third parties (CDNs, payment processors, email providers) may retain their own copies under their policies; we cannot purge those for you.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

6. International users

The Service may be operated from or routed through networks in various countries. By using the Service, you understand that information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws than your own.

7. Your choices

You can limit certain data collection by adjusting browser settings (for example blocking cookies), though parts of the Service may stop working. You may contact us regarding access, correction, or deletion where applicable law requires; we will respond consistent with operational constraints and legal obligations.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date.
