Either way, that drastically cuts down on the lines of text, as well as heavily simplifying the card's functions and making it more clear what's going on.

This is best combined with the strat of focusing and murdering me first, typically with the help of other players at the table that know the shit I can do. I play an expansive suite of hate and protection and stuff like sphere of safety, but if you can keep my engine offline long enough to have access to your pieces and engines you can most likely overpower me and win. Anything that makes an absurd amount of mana is also a primary target, like Destiny Spinner. If I'm allowed to untap with lots of mana and an enchantress effect at any point I can still explode unreasonably, but yeah.

Well all I know is Selesnya has lots of good Lifegain commanders, Orzhov has a couple of good ones, and even Golgari has Dina and some other options, but there isn't one iconic Abzan Lifegain commander. I can't of any other 3 color commander where all it's 2 color pairings can do the same thing well but yet there isn't a single good 3 color commander that can do that same thing decently.
