What I want to see:

•Contra 3 - delete the mode 7 levels. Even cooler, add all the hard corps characters and mechanics.
•zombies ate my neighbors - twin stick controls via the Face buttons. Change item and weapon switching to the pause menu. Add stuff from ghoul patrol.
•tales of Eternia or any other tales game - the ability to assign arts to more buttons, like right stick up/down/left/right
•Illbleed - make the lumberjacks run slower in the woodpuppets level.
•sonic adventure 1 & 2 - make the big, Knuckles, and rogue levels optional
•Goldensun 2 - Add all of the content from golden sun 1 into it, merging them into a super game
•Symphony of the Night - All familiars can be used at once. Or, 2nd player controls the imp. Also, speed up the enemies to increase the difficulty.
•Zero moveset from mega Man x3 zero project imported into x1 and x2
•Battle Network 4 - All styles from both versions all available in a single play through
•Parasite eve - aya walks faster so her walk cycle doesn't look stupid anymore
•Zero with moves from x5 and x6 ported into syphony of the night
•fix the combat in vampire hunter D ps1 so enemies don't respawn and they can't stun lock you in groups
•final Fantasy 7: 4 party members in battle instead of 3
•Dino crisis - you can actually see where you are and your direction on the map
•berserk Dreamcast - sword doesn't hit the wall
• castlevania legacy of darkness - control the camera with dpad, so you can map that to to right stick in emulators
•add the rest of the alpha 3 maxxx characters to Capcom vs snk 2
•Lunar 1&2 partial retranslation that removes the dated 90s references
•Play as bass in mega Man 7 and mega Man 8, use the sprites that are already present in those games but his moves are based on MM&B
•Sword slashing added to Ys 1&2 psp

Why not just romhack Snes SFA2 to turn it into Alpha 1? probably would fit into a 3-4 MB rom without the SDD1 chip.

Btw Some dweeb was working on an AI hack of Alpha 2's atrocious SNES port to make it into a 6MB game and allegedly fix the slowdown and framerate issue but was using AI to do it and i cannot find the tweet i posted before.

Pixeldrain and Gofile have high filesize limits which might be enough depending on how much you have. Pixeldrain deletes files if nobody downloaded them in the last 60 days and Gofiles tends to have files die out quicker.
Your last resort would be Archive.org but the download speeds are so atrocious that I'd rather not bother... that and potential takedowns.

as an addendum on this
hopefully anons will pardon the delay, I only got the ROM from the fags on April Fool's of last year, worked on it intensively, then got burned out and worked on other things, and it ended up being a year before I got back to it. I should've released a version then, I just didnt want it to have the gay ass censorship, but I should've done so anyway. Main thing is that Kino version is out, and Pepe will follow.
Questions/critiques are welcome, I did all sorts of things, especially with Origin of Life, and it's all explained in the readme.
Also, I wonder who runs the longcat site? v/3 won't be done until boss rush is implemented, but in the meantime, I'm picking up the slack, and would be cool to have my versions uploaded if at all possible.

idk, I'm a pleb teaching myself how to do this with the help of anons, just so I can carry the torch of v/3.
But there's already character swap in End of /v/orld, a fine browser game that gave a home to all the various odds & ends that didn't make it into vorld3, such as fake 3d, Mario boss, getting sucked into a tv, deshittified Magma Driver, and more. Hell there's even a jukebox in one part. That was fun stuff, and would definitely recommend.

SMSPower user bandidox is making a homebrew port of Bomberman '93 for the SMS with the use of Claude AI.
https://www.smspower.org/forums/21172-AISMSBombermanSHomebrewInDevelopment

Is still a WIP (latest demo only has three worlds and two bosses), but the gameplay is pretty good from what I played so far. It also has a mostly functional 2P VS. mode.

>AI port
Yeah... And it currently uses original AI-generated music (instead of covers of the original Bomberman '93 songs). But the homebrew seems pretty promising from what's already implemented (enemies, a few bosses, fully working powerups, multiple playable characters, etc.).
>>
>>12878337
Can Gallo Claudio make original code for an original game instead of just porting other stuff already meant for other systems?, i mentioned MacBee is doing some port testings for Castle of Illusion ported to the NES but he obviously only uses the free month and can only afford one month of payment to use it so he probably wont port the full game, also yes, He MUST need to get someone to clean the code in assembly, and that takes more time, plus the stigma.
>>
Ready to apologize to AI, here is Ghouls n Ghosts for Neo Geo, could be the best AI conversion yet, plays excellently and the aspect ratio is still pretty good. The game resets really easily such as turning into a duck and picking up armor so I couldn't finish the 1st level but you can watch the intro to see the graphics. Still a fair amount of glitches.

>Other ones I saw, too many to mention
Hang On arcade for Genesis and Neo Geo, no shortage of colors here
Hang On Jr for Gen, 8 bit arcade hang on using dual graphics chips
Street Fighter 2 to Neo Geo but the graphics looks a bit rough in areas like the floor and character proportions
Commando Genesis
Wonder Boy arcade to Genesis

Neo Geo but a bit early
Outrun
Shadow of the beast

desu is probably the one taking the photo.
also, finally figured out Vooms Gate. There's a bunch of glitchy animated junk that makes the run & gun function, then the author ticked off global animations to send it all backstage so the level looks proper. In the process, this made pink/on & blue/off blocks disappear.
it was driving me nuts trying to figure out how/why they were invisible, and it was just a simple option turned off the whole time, which is integral to the level. that was a kick in the dick, lol.

it's python scripts that apply patches to your rom. you don't have to compile anything. unconventional, but the game data is being decompressed, so it's not unreasonable. i don't like how it requires git and docker, and since the readme is clearly ai-generated, i wonder about the performance of the code, but if it works, it works.

>>
>>12886646
sorry, patch wasn't the right word exactly. some of the scripts do add or modify data like a regular patch, but to decompress the data is unsuitable for a regular patch because it would be distributing copyrighted material in a different form. comparable to zipping a pdf of a book. it makes sense to use a python script to transform the data (i think it's audio) instead of a patch file. granted, a patch file could do it, but i think that would be a copyright violation since the uncompressed copyrighted data would have to be included in such a patch.

No, SNES can address 16MB.
>>

But Jeet posted a regular Super Overdrive running that ROM and not an SDSNES or FxPak, last time I checked Super Everdrives only run a maximum of 7MB.

So yeah, the Jeet is just fucking with people with a Hoax, and even if true he decompiled and decompress the game, he fucked it up, because I don't think the game was more then 6MB without SDD1nto begin with!.

Remember when that guy dumped Shantae Advance but either he fucked up and the ROM ended up being 32mb when game's container is 16mb and even so the game doesn't filled it up, so the game only had dummy data?, or maybe it was because of how shoddy LRG cart was put together?

Something doesn't add up.

For sure, glad to be of service. I've already got more cool shit in the works for Pepe edition, but I wanted to get the bulk of my edits out there on the series of tubes sooner rather than later. That way, other anons can see what I'm up to, and there's no longer a single failure point (eg me getting struck by lightning or some shit).
As I mentioned in the readme, the fags identified many of the same issues I did, but would often go overboard with nerfs, which I then rolled back to a middle ground somewhere between them and the original author. There was also some really questionable stuff I did away with, like their meddling with Origin of Life topside, or the secret pipe in Magmatic Pathway getting bricked up, like wtf?
Speaking of the former, I'm sure you'll approve of my setup with the changing items bin and the star-2 chain, I can confirm it's fun af.

The SM64 decomp was finished before the gigaleak. Not that it matters anyway since the gigaleak did not have complete source code for the game. It only had a few snippets from iQue. Going off of what we do have, the decomp is a better codebase anyway. It's better organized and better labeled.

Press SELECT on the main menu: an Options screen opens with ~36 house rules. Some come from the anime, some from the manga, some from the early days vidya, some from modern formats, and some are completely new. Each one is a switch, and you can mix-and-match them freely. Everything starts on Normal, so until you change something, it's the classic game (Eternal Duelist Soul) exactly as you remember it.

If you can at least play them for a bit and ensure that there are no game-breaking bugs added by Claude, then I'd say go for it.

You could probably upload them to either RHDN or Romhack Plaza. I wouldn't recommend Romhack dot ing though, since all AI / machine translation hacks uploaded there get their download links disabled for everyone (why do they even approve those hacks in the first place is to anyone's guess).
>>

>I wouldn't recommend Romhack dot ing though, since all AI / machine translation hacks uploaded there get their download links disabled for everyone (why do they even approve those hacks in the first place is to anyone's guess)
Not true (yet), as I've been doing a personal archive of recent hacks from RHDN (so that I can upload them here: guess who?), and every AI translation (admitted by the author to be or not, as sometimes reviewers call them out) still had their link up. Maybe there are counterexamples to this, but so far, I have not found anything (and don't worry: I am trying to check and download from RHDN every day, pretty extensively, so that we will have here whatever they take down there, regardless).

That said, he should definitely ALSO upload them to Romhack Plaza, as RHDN is too volatile (especially with the current trend of anti-AI vegans) and the lesson that we should all learn it being so is that you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. But RHDN is just too good as a central hub, so hacks should always be uploaded there first, if possible.
