planning on running this for general use feral. leveling/pvp/dungeons to allow myself relative viability with both bear and cat. How much 3/3 natural shapeshifter effects the cost reduction of shifting power will determine if I keep natural shapeshifter. My thinking is it's a 1:1 adjustment. 3/3 shapeshiter=30% cost reduction=shifting power only takes 25% of mana instead of 55%, allowing 4 uses of shifting power per fight instead of 1. If it shakes out to a worse conversion, I'd likely drop some or all points in shapeshifter and redistribute them into natural reaction and natures reach/majesty, depending on how poorly shapeshifter buffs the reduction.
They should've given wild growth a 1 sec cast time (AT MOST) and kept the shorter GCD talent because that was more of a QoL thing than anything. Everybody knows HOTS suck in classic in realistic raid throughput even unnerfed resto probably wouldn't have ever topped any actual raid in healing simply because burst healing is and always will be king in classic (unless they 3x the HP pools or something). 3 sec cast time on wild growth makes it basically unusable in any situation and the new talent will literally never once be useful ever. it will ALWAYS be 100% overhealingI have a hard time believing blizzard doesn't know this, it seems like they have another goal in mind with these changes and its even more retarded than any of us could ever imagine

Tanks and healers get their gear faster and get groups basically instantly while dps seethe and cry in chat for someone to carry them.

Damage boost to dots/shadowbolts will be comparable. Destruction is basically fire mage pvp.. Conflag would have to stun for me to consider it.I'm pretty sure the current theory of the destruction tree is that incinerate will outscale shadowbolt when you are getting fire vulnerability from your raid's mage, and bane of havoc is interesting for 2 target pve fights.it's just not a pvp spec
