So I found the transmog tome early in the DLC with the gate clip glitch. Just recently I got the quest to find it. I could hand over the tome immediately and insta-complete the quest. BUT only if I did it the first time I talked to the old crone after the quest began. If I didn't hand it over then, the game acted as if I didn't have it. So yeah, I didn't have to do the apparently annoying fight against the fimbl on the lake.

Third week in, still haven't gone to Norgan yet. UW on Hard Mode really becomes a battle of attrition due to the Lost Rites dungeons. I don't wanna even know what kind of bullshit the Final Proving Ground dungeon will entail.
Did this game not have a manual save at launch? I played it then and remember stressing about certain things but they wouldn't be stressful with manual saving. Also the instant death arrow saves when fired, but only over the autosave spot which kind of defeats the purpose of that "better not fuck it up" autosave thing.

Currently going through the pain of making an Atlas to create an actually simulated weather mod taking humidity, wind, terrain height, terrain slopes, cities, tree cover etc. into account.
