I may be retarded but as a former tank player I've always felt that the solution was removing the tank role and replacing it with a set of heroes that have 300ish health and slightly less kill potential than 200-250 health heroesthen just remove role queue altogether since support is by far the most popular role now and you won't struggle with getting people to play support anymoreyou could even convert some of the existing dps into both support and the new "fat DPS" hero poolsince tanks are already superfat DPS, there's no reason that making them slightly less fat DPS wouldn't be possible
