I didn't even reinstall dullahan or that other warrior mod to make warrior better because im always using blood pact, don't need mods anymore. I will say though, warrior's heavy attack is still way, WAY too fucking slow by default and that shit needed to be sped up by like 35% in a patch. Everything else is good thanks to the new stuff. All the suffering was worth it.

There are fringe cases where pawns won't "know" what to do, and I don't really regard any specialization as a necessity. I like DD1's "you're about to win this battle" theme more than DD2's, but I like DD2's victory fanfare more than DD1's. Not to say that any of the four pieces are bad though. DD as a series has nailed the music overall.

tried shield precision and it doesnt really seem that worth it. flawless guard seems better at being unkillable while actually doing something, as the benefits from triggering true deflect are pretty lackluster. wearing two rings of Requital, Battering Shield + Deflect Strike and it still doesnt seem as good as just spamming cloudward slash + flawless guard. did anyone try it out?
