It's also built off a good premise of being a delivery guy. But HOLY SHIT is every single other mechanic in the game awful. It's like the entire game was designed with the thought process of "Wait, what if we do something else at this point to make the game less fun instead?" It has a bunch of shit that could conceivably be neat in isolation, like making running cost HP so you burn through resources more quickly, having rare item rewards for clearing the monsters in an area, or having the overpowered protagonist get cursed with an awful debuff part of the way through the game for a certain story arc. But damn, they just put it all together without anyone realizing, "Wait, this actually makes the game extremely un-fun to play." Any time I've gone back and replayed it, trying to squeeze out fun, I end up seeing the missed potential everywhere and how the end product is just complete shit.
