    >Does that last part work too in voice only?
You’d be surprised. Your facial expressions slightly shift the shape of your mouth as you speak. You can actually tell when someone’s smiling while they speak if you know what to look for.
As for making someone unnerving, the most important part is that your behaviors and actions should make people doubt their initial assessments of anything you do. When regular people say “if you say x, I’m gonna hurt you”, they usually mean that they’ll be quite unhappy. But if Shark says it, they should be legitimately unsure. That’s the important part! It shouldn’t be obvious that she’ll hurt them, since that just makes her dangerous. They should feel like they need to reassess whether she will or not every time, and having to reassess constantly makes people nervous—that’s what makes a character unnerving.

What happens when Batman starts cackling?

    I like moths.

So, how do they reproduce? I'm not sure if they have kinfolk or not as people seemed to agree the first weremoths were (mainly) humans that underwent the first change after I guess the Spirit Moth and the Maelstrom thing happened? Something about freeing the weremoth spirits or the like from the Dreaming and the Underworld.

There's also the rite of the fetish egg the weremoths have access to, though it's probably under a different name.
Corax do have kinfolk as far as I'm aware, so perhaps weremoths do too? Though, where did they come from?

Corax do have kinfolk although information on them seems sparse. Im not the most adept with Fera but if a fera and a regular human have a child, wouldnt that child be a kinfolk?
    >Though, where did they come from?
I think its intentionally vague so people can theorycraft. I know part of their return was tied to the moonlanding. I think the atomic bomb testing also played a part in it but I dont remember if that was confirmed. I also had my theory of pathos moths being stuck in the Labyrinth and escaping during the 4th great maelstrom.
Also do we have a tribe name for them?

I like the gifts you listed, very cool.

I don't know how kinfolk come about, only that they're related to their specific Fera. I suppose their origin could be a "who the fuck really knows" or that the first kinfolk came from the literal offspring of a weremoth and a random human.

Pathos moths (or their essence, spirits or what have you) being stuck in the Labyrinth and escaping or being set free at the same time as the Glamour moths "woke up" in (and from) the Dreaming would be pretty cool, I agree. Also ties neatly to the one rogue weremoth group being directly tied to Oblivion.

I don't do mage so I have no horse in this race. So Pillars are pretty much a "DIY your own 5-dot predetermined thaumaturgy path", right? And that's why you should have an idea of what you want to do before you commit to the build? Idunno man, while it could remove sphere bloat I feel it would also lock in a character on a gimmick and limit creativity, and require the ST to go over every new dot and decide if it's balanced instead of just feeling out a sphere requirement and the player having to bullshit why their stuff works. Though it does seem to solve paradigm not mechanically mattering outside flavor where both a Technocrat and a Shaman with Forces 2 Prime 2 could breathe fire but only the Technocrat would take paradox. Assuming theyre in a reality zone where the Shaman's paradigm is coincidental. If I understand correctly that is.
    >>
    >>98891667
    >So Pillars are pretty much a "DIY your own 5-dot predetermined thaumaturgy path", right?
not really pillars can still be combined with other pillars. they are really just combine 2-3 spheres (mostly hermetics) and or decide on a theme then take 4 per faction or make your own

it's really just simplified sphere casting that people like for the flavour and i guess pillars are dirt cheap exp wise (x3) and exp cost is one of the roadblocks in mage

I still need to look at the ananasi and standard garou gifts but my goal is to transcribe the gifts, rites, and tag on some merits and flaws that would be applicable. Refluffing some of the Corax gifts was tedious mainly due to a lack of tribe name so I just kept saying Weremoth. I think I will use Lepidoptera as a placeholder for the rest. Personally I like the idea that "only the moths know how they returned" and all the theories are speculations from different tribes/splats.

    >>98891115
I always saw a Tzimisce's Zulo form as a dark reflection of the user. Like if a Tzimisce was on the Path of Honorable Accord, they would have bone armor or look like something akin to white Phyrexians from Magic The Gathering or a Cathari Tzimisce looking something like a Slaaneshi Deamon Prince. If Bakeslave ever earns his mock Zulo form, its going to look like Absolute Cheetah except with his other powers and general color scheme to represent his feelings of being twisted and altered by various individuals.
    >>
    >>98891115
    >Why don't Tzimisce do this?
Because properly making bone armor without accidentally sealing yourself in a statue of bone and cartilage requires actually knowing how to make armor with proper articulated plating.
Most nobles are completely oblivious to the secrets of the forge and see such knowledge as beneath them.
    >>
    >>98891985
Isn’t there a vampire whose sire hated them so much, they flesh crafted a bone-plate mask before embracing them, so every night they have to cut through bone just to see and eat?
    >>
    >>98891115
bone weapons need a combo power with protean and to be honest it's shit. You spend not a small amount of exp for a weapon that does agg damage which not only can other disciplines (thaum, quietus, obtenerbration with another combo power) get cheaper it also doesn't synergize well with either of the base power because zulo form buffs brawl attacks in most editions which stacks with protean claws

Going back in time, we have a picture I did for the Sabbat elders game. This one comes with a bit of storytime. Our usual ST came back from the Grand Masquerade in New Orleans with that fancy V20 book in 2011, but before he went, I had loaned him my Hellsing manga collection and we had been discussing the character in the manga as how they would be as WoD clans. I ended up playing Rip Van Winkle as a Daughter of Cacophony from the 1700s. This pic feature the "core four" our pack in the modern nights, before the Battle of New York. For the game, I tried to draw as close to Kouta Hirano's style as I could.

Featured clockwise from top-left: Augustino, our Lasombra ductus; The Horseman/Der Reiter, our Brujah antitribu beatstick; Vickrem, our Ravnos antitribu trickster; and my character, Rip, the Daughter of Cacophony pack priest.

That reminds me, an idea for an tzimisce for vda is a former ghoul who whas the prized blacksmith of his voivode, embraced on a whim before his sire went off into war against the tremore.
Keeps smithing despite his vampiredom. Wants to learn koldunic volcano sorcery to get rid of his fear of fire (and become a better dragon). Also likes to encase metal plates/armor int his szlachta and own body.

I feel like that’ll be hard to pull in game. Plus I sacrificed most of my stealth, so I can barely be sneaky anymore.

    >This is more of character motivation, casual cruelty while acting in a nice manner, disregard for loss of life, some sort of putting down other people in a way that others can't do much about.

Shark was kinda already like that. Plus now that they’re Anubis’ childe they’re pretty much untouchable socially. And he can murder anyone with their powers.

With Shark’s -10 dice due to rage, everyone constantly assume Shark’s gonna murder them. The soldiers were all reaching for their gun whenever she spoke.

Think of it this way. We don’t mistreat our tools when they’re working right and doing what they’re supposed to do, we mistreat them when they don’t work or do what they’re supposed to.
From what I understand, Shark should see everyone and everything as a tool to further the ends of war, right? So you work with your tools. You might even come off as one of those “scary but nice when you get to know them” types to those who don’t know. If they don’t work though? They’re swiftly discarded.
A good example I think of is Vegeta and Nappa. As soon as Nappa became a burden, Vegeta dusted him despite working with him for so long.

Alright! I’ll be doing that! It’s something that I was already leaning towards anyway. I plan to push my vitae production into factory mode and mass ghoul the soldiers. Not for slaves, Shark doesn’t care for servants and blood bonds. She just to make them stronger. If all went well she would ghoul hundreds, if not thousands of soldiers.

I’ll be teasing them with Shark’s bloodlust, and doing things like ex: moving slowly towards them and staring into their eyes, the guy thinking he’s about to get fucking murdered while as a matter of fact I’m just about to shake their hand.

Gotta emphasize too that my bloodlust isn’t just for show. I can murder anyone, anytime, if the thought crossed my mind.

His mien is a monstrous looking ape-man straight out of the bad trip of a victorian naturalist deep in an opium pipe. The game is set in late Victorian London. Frankie is an Ogre with a good heart but a very rough demeanor, wants to protect the people of London rich or poor, but believes overwhelming terror tactics to be the route to get Loyalists and other problems to fuck off. Game is currently on break, should return in a month or two.

This is art of a previous PC, Ephraim Tomlinson. From a Hunter: the Vigil game set in 1816 Louisville Kentucky. Ephraim was a bit of a lay-about dandy, making rent money by hustling cards, until he damn near got taken by a Loyalist. The realization that the supernatural is real changed his life by giving him a purpose. He grew into the face (and sometimes moral center) of the Cell, and he was very fun to play because while he wasn't too much in a fight (wasn't useless in a fight, just not amazing), the shenanigans you can get up to with high stealth, larceny, and subterfuge is immaculate. He eventually ended up marrying another member of the Cell's sister, we've ruled that between a few members of that chronicle the Louisville area now has a weird extended Hunter family.

Art was courtesy of the character art thread, I made a minor alteration to get rid of the bard.wav Lute strung on his back. I'd also alter the jacket color in GIMP on occasion, usually at the start of a new arc.

Early Shark wouldn’t be popular because it’s just Pyotor but le cannibal. Nowadays Shark (and Bakeslave too) could be well received for being femboy/trans, and HTP is pretty Reddit. Also Bakeslave is endearing and kind of the equivalent of a girl failure but a boy. Setite anon draws cute characters and also references Hellsing which is based.

Unfortunately, I do not have character art for my current VTM character. Rather, I do, but it's a physical drawing I do not have in my possession currently.

But I do have art for a previous VTM character. Lucille Foncé of Clan Ventrue, art done by the very talented professional artist Crom, also known as Cromsferatu and Dinerforwolves. Ever precocious, from a well to do old money Maine family with French roots, her great potential got her noticed by an Elder of Clan Ventrue, who wanted to prove the classic Ventrue embrace (take a promising scion of a good lineage and groom them) still works in the Modern Nights. The fact her father was his ghoul certainly helped get her noticed. With Ventrue attention on her when she was but a tween, it's impossible to know how much of her poise, wit, and hunger for power are natural, and how much was the Ventrue.

Unfortunately, for nebulous reasons, the Elder couldn't or didn't embrace her himself, leaving it to one of his underlings. Meaning Lucille is of the 12th Generation. She didn't let it slow her down, using her will, guile and charisma to make up for her underwhelming vampiric potency. She rose meteorically during the Chronicle, despite being less than 20 years dead when it ended. One of my favorite PCs I've played, it was very cathartic to cut loose and play THE guileful and charming social climber in a VTM game.

nta, but the other anon is extragetating when they are saying that kistune have nothing going on kitsune are the one fera that didn't even get a breed book. before w20 they only been in "Hengeyokai: Shapeshifters of the East" which has them super tied to the east asia setting

    >The second half of this book is essentially the Kitsune Changing Breed Book; the Kitsune have been heavily influenced by their setting, and their fate is irrevocably intertwined with that of the other hengeyoka

    > Kitsune play their games with the japanese people enthusiastically as they ever have.

    >To sum up: Sure, you can play a hengeyokai without having to know anything about Kitsune. But you can't play a Kitsune without knowing about hengeyokai. Ergo, one book.

and the only kitsune in europa and america are visitors who do the lebarbarian meme

    >Like the other fox-touched countries of the West, this land inspires us to go and visit in small numbers, the better to see what Gaia intended us to find there. So far, we have found a land choked with Kin-jin and dotted with courts of very territorial werewolves. Perhaps it is meant to be something to us in the Sixth Age, but all things taken into consideration, it is not as important a territory to us as the Middle Kingdom. Any land which fosters fox-hunting as a pastime is a land of barbarians which we rightly find inhospitable.

    >North America is a beckoning, wheedling song to us. It hosts countries that are newborns next to our history, yet that are filled with the energetic power of the West. Foxes run there, too; and so, we understand, do our mysterious cousins the Nu-Isha. The temptation to visit has led several Kitsune to the United States and Canada; they assuredly find enough to amuse themselves there for some time, for they do not quickly return.

As far as I am aware that is a storyteller ruling that is sort of implied by the texts at best. And like I said, Bastet do this too. Kitsune even stole the "sorcery Fera" thing from Bastet.
    >>
    >>98898183
having open the Hengeyokai book right now i think the Kitsune really only have sorcery because the bastet of the area who are all Khan don't care about it
    >>
    >>98898200
I assume you meant this in a doylist sense, or does the book say "They picked this up because the local Bastet are retarded." Originally the Bastet were the Fera breed associated with practising sorcery/shadowcraft. In the W20 book you'll find this gated by a merit which is purchasable by Bastet and Kitsune called Cat/Fox Magic. So what I'm referring to here is more that Kitsune sort of replicated all the Bastet schticks but made them ching chong.

They got a few novel things about them but Bastet are already pretty sparse material for cannibalizing. Either way Cat/Fox Magic is such an interesting topic to me, because for the life of me I can't decide if it's a good deal.

7 pts is fucking steep. You get zero sorcery paths to start out with. But rituals are often times as good as gifts of the same level, and they only cost path level x1 exp vs a gifts rank x 3. Inventing rituals is also comparatively easy. Not to mention you do get spells which can be pretty good, but often aren't. The great shame about sorcerer is how few rituals there is in the book, you don't even have enough to build raw-valid characters.
    >>
    >>98898159
    >Weebshit, whilst popular in 2010, only really took off in 2020. So you can't blame them for shafting the Kitsune. I'd tell you that nowadays they'd put more effort in but they would rather spend 10000 hours more on a single W5 book that nobody likes.

oh this book is from 1993 it's heavily pre mainstream weabonism. the entire asian sub setting back then was pretty much Mark Rein•Hagen's Vanity project that never made any money which is why kindred of the east being canned after the year of the lotus nearly tanked the company and him leaving the company happened at the same time

    >Why exactly White Wolf/Paradox slowed down their release schedule by 90% whilst not really improving quality is a mystery. It's not like the company is any smaller.
seems to be a common trend across all tabletop publishers and it annoys me to no end. i get that they flooded the market at the end of the 90s/early 2000s but right now everything just feels too slow for me
    >>
    >>98898238
I was talking about W20 changing breeds (2013) which is half the kitsune material, essentially.
    >>
    >>98898230
    >I assume you meant this in a doylist sense,
yeah the Hengeyokai book doesn't even mention bastet sorcerers it only mentions sorcerers in the context of kitsune and mortals

and even then a kitsune "sorcerer" might not be a sorcerer they can follow the path of the sorcerer without having fox magic with the book pretty saying that they should only get it in crossover chronicles. It also calls sorcerer part of mage despite refering to the og world of darkness sorcerer book for sorcery so that tumor is older than i remember it being

    >Hedge magic is very foxy. While we'd be the last to suggest introduc ing what is, basically, a crossover Mage mechanic into an otherwise simple Werewolf chronicle, we'd be right behind the idea of letting Kitsune have access to it in games that have already delved into crossover complications.
Because hedge magic is completely optiona l, we're not going to go into it in depth here. For the total picture, consult World of Darkness: Sorcerer

Yeah, that’s a rough year for Japanese pop culture in the west. Post Bubble Popping, so it wasn’t really an economic fascination, but Pre-Pokemon so it wasn’t really a pop culture producing monolith. You maybe had fans of Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball but that was about as mainstream as it got.
    >>
    >>98898070
It's just CRAZY that this is the case, that Kitsune genuinely have to be Japanese exclusive and there's no room for like "smaller communities of Kitsune have been known across Europe and elsewhere".

Also, Nuwisha should have just been a Garou tribe.
    >>
    >>98899690
Alternately, all the Garou tribes should have been different shifters.
Which now I say it aloud is just Beast Courts, no?
    >>
    >>98899704
Middle Kingdom was, in many ways, one of the best settings within World of Darkness because of how integrated cross splat was into it.

On a surface level this is because the White Wolf guys were just naively like "Well I mean Asians probably all want to work together and don't hate each other that much right? And everything in Asia is gonna be like Chinese mythology."

But this meant that every splat had some meaningful interaction with one another that wasn't just a cop out "Mages somehow don't know anything about Vampires, Vampires somehow know nothing of the affairs of Changelings". Balance wise this is still a crap shoot but narrative wise it's way less cringe to have a Corax and Thrashing Dragon interact with one another than a Corax and a Toreador, because the cosmology between them is just shared enough that their differences are interesting points of contention than just literally inapplicable to one another.

Though, Beast Courts across the world would require a total reboot of Werewolf and each splat would necessarily have to have less wordcount dedicated to what makes them unique.
    >>
    >>98899538
I might. I'll probably call them Reynards (Renart, maybe?) after the fox that inspired the idea.

Sort of a trickster type. Have a teasing relationship with Garou because Reynard often played his tricks on Isengrim the wolf.

I think this is a fun idea.

Thanks, I've added the stuff to the weremoth document.

Also, we really need a proper name for the weremoths, and honestly, I was thinking we could just take the other glabro-equivalent form names, namely that of the Tineana and use that as the breed name.
    I'm obviously open for suggestions.
The Tineana name I got from a real moth species "Ancylis Tineana", an the word "Tineana" apparently comes from the Latin word "tinea" which means "moth" or "worm"

In a Dark Ages oneshot I played an Assamite that had gone through the training at Alamut, but at the moment of the embrace something went wrong and he gained the Deformity flaw to the point of becoming Nosferatu-tier ugly. Not sure which Clanbook Assamite I read it in but Assamites take this as a bad omen and seek to destroy the failed embrace. My PC made it out and was later taken in and blood-bonded by a Nosferatu elder that recognized the strange circumstances of a fledgling with no one to turn to and an exotic discipline and its potential usefulness as a Hound servant.

On an assignment the coterie fought a large pack of wolves led by a Gangrel elder. I had prepared traps and a spear with poisoned blood, but he had that Fortitude combination discipline that shatters weapons on impact so I just went "oh shit" after the first hit.

The part I regret is I could've won that fight since the Gangrel drained my Hound's blood, if I had remembered at the time to respond to the draining by converting blood into poison through Quietus. It was fun.

Played? No, not really. But I have seen some NPCs who do a good job of doing SOMETHING interesting with them. I don't even mind the psychotic diablerie wog concept on its own, the problem is how much real estate it eats up and how much glazing they get on account of authorial white guilt for writing them the way they did initially.

But back on to topic, my favorite Assamite NPC was one a friend came up with for a game he was running. A housewife that finally snapped after years of being cheated on, brutally murdered her husband by drugging him to sleep and then cutting him up like an animal (her father was a butcher), and got away with it via bold face lying and feigning innocence. A wandering contract killer Assamite saw her as an excellent talent and embraced her soon after she got away with it. What I love about the character is that she actually operated like a real assassin. She wasn't great in a stand-up fight, Celerity was her weakest in-clan discipline. She was charming enough to talk her way out of suspicion, not ugly nor pretty enough to stick out. If she used her knife, it was against a disabled target. She wouldn't use the same poison or method of killing too often to minimize the chance of her being suspected.

It might sound tremendously low standards, but an Assamite that actually operated like a proper assassin was a wonderful breath of fresh air.

I don't know how anyone can watch WoD "loretubers". They invariably have shit takes and just having WoD lore dictated to you instead of reading the clusterfuck for yourself and drawing your own conclusions is the worst way to get into the setting.

Each channel I've seen is either extremely pretentious, or doing a bad knock off of 40k lore channels. I once saw one that almost had good takes, but then they went on a diatribe about how the Sabbat needs to be more like the witches from the crappy remake of Suspiria of all things.

    >Held dice replace an equal number of dice on all actions the character takes. For example: If a character has 5 held curse dice in his pool and attempts a mundane Medicine action, the player takes her dice pool for the Medicine action (9 dice) and replaces 5 of those with curse dice. If the character later takes an action with a pool containing 7 dice, the player still replaces 5 of those dice with curse dice.
    >Sometimes, when the player rolls a pool containing curse dice, it creates altered outcomes — successes and failures shaped by the character’s Family and torments. These outcomes are called wicked successes, in which the character gets more than she bargained for, and cruel failures, in which the kickback from her curse is more than she can manage.

Demons suffer from what I like to call Double Masquerade. To set a baseline, a vampire will sometimes have to roll for a degeneration or breaking point, if they reveal their true nature to a mortal. There's nothing about them revealing their true nature to, just for example, a werewolf.
Demons make a compromise roll for revealing their inhuman nature, and also make a compromise roll for each individual factoid they reveal about demonkind, even to someone already in the know. There's nothing that says these rules only apply to mortals.

I like old country's take on saulot as a complex figure, but yeah that was odd. I like it when the Sabbat has some classical witches with your standard chainsaw maniacs and raving pack priests. Like a koldun like Esteban de Agua y Tierra doing some classic wizard shit like opening Goratrix's old chantry and see what the dickless cunt had in the basements.

    >>

"Human" isn't interchangeable with "mortal." You could probably get away with telling fun demon facts to an ephemeral being or a Promethean, or a hobgoblin I guess.

The only definition of human in CofD I know of is in core:

    >These Merits require the character remain human (non-supernatural.) If the character becomes a vampire, ghoul, mage, or any other supernatural character type, these Merits disappear. Per the Sanctity of Merits (see p. 43), these Merits can be reallocated.

Lets point and laugh at mages for being inhuman freaks.

i am a bit new to cofd. do hunter count as a supernatural template? because some of these guys seem rather supernatural (half demons etc) while some of them are just guys

I figure if you have dots in most Endowments, whether it's Lucifuge or Cheiron, you're no longer strictly human. Some like Aegis Kai Doru can stay baseline, their Endowment is just relics.
    >>
I have some questions about Awakening.

I genuinely don't care for Underworld, Shadow and the three layers of Astral Realms and would rather there's just one. I imagine this would completely fuck the Death and Spirit Sphere though. I just really don't care for cross splat or reading Geist/Werewolf.

Legacies - Can I make someone join a Legacy whose inferior Arcanum suddenly gets turned into a Ruling Arcanum?

Factions - 2e waffles an awful lot about the Arrows, Free Council and Pentacle. Is there a document, official or unofficial, that gives a tighter elevator pitch? Like three paragraphs per faction maximum.

    >>
    >>98904511
Why would you use the newest, currently most un-old edition to play oWoD?
    Real answer is Revised.
    >>
    >>98904511
    20th
    >>
    >>98904511
5th ed isn't generally considered oWoD. 5th Ed is easier to find games for and is a slightly more streamlined system. 20th has all the lore as you know it, and if you play it you will probably play with grognards.

This is for Vamp. If you want to play werewolf, 5th is a disaster, where vamp got downgraded in lore, woofs got anally raped. Mage and Changeling simply don't exist in 5e, not to even mention the more obscure splats. So if you have any interest in those, it's also 20th. If you just want to read lore, read the old stuff.

    >>
    >>98904511
V20 is the gold standard because it is a compilation of what came before with a little less jank.

V5 is the current edition in its twilight years. It is nice for very low end games where your character has previously little control over their own instincts.

VtR2e is the hipster edition for people who want better rules for basic shit and mortals.

    >>98904526
Werewolf 5 only actual worth is scrapping it for parts in regards to the gifts and about... 3 merits that make you go "weird those weren't a thing before" biggest example being clement lupus.
    >>
    >>98904586
Dreaming has more of philosophical/pretentious thing going on in regards to life and art but the execution is mediocre enough you are better off playing Mage or Bygone.

Lost is basically The Amazing Digital Circus and it gets memed on for largely the same reasons.
    >>
    >>98904008
I think I have better chances with the malkavian being more interesting, give them a 7 dot version of Promethean Clay so they can make you look like how he perceives you and you are probably good to go.

The Dementation Tzimisce takes more effort to pin down limitations and goals.
    >>
    >>98903884
Yeah, on paper even their tactics and endowments should be universal but they get to keep them out of sportsmanship.
    >>
    >>98904617
What makes you say that about Lost?
    >>
    >>98904708
TADC mirrors the Lost's durances and some of the powers like how Jax basically has Light Shy.

You end up with a lot of the same reduction to "abuse simulator 9000" specially because of how much of the game is about rebuilding your life and self.

I'm sure there are some other parallels between them but my headache isn't helping my memory.

Caine does feel like what you would expect from a true fae tho but that might be cope with him being the only character that recently resembles the concept.
    >>
    >>98904586
I don't know. I respect that CofD Changeling is more popular but the CofD setting is just a lot harder to work with for RP stuff and fun characters. Can't turn the Get into semi-loyal pets in CofD for instance.
    >>98904524
    >>98904511
Depends who you're playing with. If you have to deal with people newer to the setting or normies like me ease of access and convenience have to be balanced with your taste. Id recommend 20th
    >>
    >>98904725
Both versions of Changeling have detractors who reduce their premises down to a pithy, bite-sized and ultimately unfair meme. Lost is a fairy rape trauma simulator and Dreaming is an otherkin escapism simulator. Both games are more than these snide reductions.

The key issue with your TADC comparison is that Changeling the Lost is about how changelings adapt after they have left Arcadia and have to exist in the normal world again after experiencing all of the wonder and horror of the True Fae, while the cast of TADC never get to leave their domain of their 'captor' and the story is about adapting to life trapped in that hell. They don't get to move on or rebuild their lives, they have to find a way to remain themselves while being trapped in a life they never wanted forever.

You really shouldn't. This is the same company that's been engaging in corporate doublespeak bullshit since day 1 of owning the IP, and that first alpha already proved they really have no clue what they're doing and just trend chasing. Mechanically, it's not going to be a good edition no matter how many playtests they do, unless they completely start from scratch. More broadly, a successful V6 is a loss for the fanbase as a whole, since it only prolongs Paradox's disastrous custodianship of the IP, and creates a FOURTH WoD setting to balkanize us further along the lines of.

I think those are like backgrounds. You're not supposed to have three separate havens, but one fairly nice one (unless you specifically want three lesser havens). Likewise your two random assistants should actually be one two-dot retainer who can be trusted to do more than just handle your laundry.
I'm actually kind of glad the V6 life path system is at least more lenient than Curseborne's. That game's life paths don't just dictate your skills but your attributes. I tried to make a Warden who passed himself off as chivalrous but secretly wanted to just get into fights, and between my family and lineage I could only allocate two dots to my physical attributes. I had to settle for the "Fighter" Role just to salvage the character.

    >Just don't lose an honor duel to them since they don't accept honorable surrenders
Accepting an enemy's surrender is tantamount to allowing that enemy to gather its strength to strike again. It is an act of weakness.
    >have territory that they want
If anyone is too weak to defend their territory then they do not deserve it and that includes the Get.
    >occupy a higher station
If anyone is too weak to defend their station then they do not deserve to keep it and that includes the Get.
    >be from a different tribe or a woman, or be of lower station and from a race they don't like.
If you are able to prove that your strength is equal to that of the Get then you are worthy of respect. It just so happens that other tribes do not cultivate strength to the same degree, human society discourages the cultivation of strength in women, Garou of lower station are less likely to possess sufficient strength than Garou of higher station and the cultures and socioeconomic conditions of certain races prevent them from cultivating strength to the same degree as the core ethnic groups of the Get.
    >Unless they step out of line. They're noted as being the most authoritarian
They are not tolerant of Kinfolk stepping out of line but they cherish and value their Kinfolk. Garou who abuse their strength to assert dominance over innately lesser Kinfolk are pathetic and typically punished by the Get. Fenrir Kinfolk must be honored and respected.
    >Them being the most /killthewyrmNOW/ makes them the most retarded of the wolves.
They are the tribe who take killing the Wyrm more seriously than any other tribe. Every other tribe has its distractions, the Get care about cultivating strength to kill the Wyrm above all else. The Sword of Heimdall was purged precisely because it tried to distract the tribe from this goal with petty racial purity nonsense. This purity of focus makes them the least retarded tribe when it comes to fighting the Wyrm, what-if Time of Judgment scenarios aside.
