Where do I begin making a Brawl deck? And why is there no way to play test it other than a real match?

How do any of you enjoy this game? Between the roping, netdecking and constant oppressive removal the retards on this game play it's literally the most insufferable way to play Magic. Game should not give you 3 minutes to play the first card of the game. I don't know how many games I scoop because the fucking retard isn't responding on T1.

In one game I managed to get like ten playsets of the power 9 into my deck by continuously blinking oracle of the alpha with the mind stone.

You may be right. It's effectively draw a card spell, since your opponent also gets a card. I guess that it fits prowess decks. If nothing else, it's effective mana ramp. At one mana it comes in quickly, and it does lands as well. It's also a decent indicator to what your opponent is playing when cast early in the game.

Yea, i think it would extremely useful in a given deck (which is an obvious caveat, but still). Being able to pull 2 extra spells to cast whenever is worth waaay more than 1 mana, and removing color restrictions is another big value add. I mean, imagine those abilities being printed alone.. it would cost much more than one pip. The balance comes from the fact they can do it back to you, but that seems alot less useful given youll know its coming. It seems like one of those cards thats busted but doesnt fit into any format or meta really well so it wont end up gamebreaking or anything. Thats my read at least
