I'm a broke college grad trying to make a quick buck, I've never done photography before. What camera would I need to buy and how would I start getting clients?

befriend local whores and offer to take better pictures of them to advertise their services

Flip cameras by ripping off boomers. Use your phone camera to start a youtube channel reviewing cameras and make money off referral code. Start a pyramid shaped business model based on photography services. Get an instax printer and go take pictures of tourists and charge them 20 dollars for one print.
Buy empty film canisters and reload them with fomapan, but sell them off as more expensive film stock.

this is actually a good idea, desu, how did you think of this? Is this something you do?
    >>
    >>4528073
or I could just have them model and put them on instagram page or something, safe for work ofc
    >>
    >>4528076
No. I only use cameras and buy them when I find a deal.

dress up in a skin tight spandex suit and take pictures of yourself at strange angles and then sell it to an old guy who distributes it to the public at large.

    >I've never done photography before
    Then you don't belong here.
Send your resume to KFC or McDonald's.
Half-assed people like won't be able yo make money out of photography anyway.

Real talk, the best way to make money with a camera in 2026 is to start a youtube channel. You can get monetized almost immediately if your content is interesting. Taking photos is not lucrative anymore now that everyone has a camera.
