Yes.

Who the hell told you that a picture is about what's in the middle?

>>4521154
I told her

>>4521155
good
anything but the rule of third is an improvement

>>4521156
Sorry chuddy but the photo is indeed following rule of thirds. Left third and right third, AND top two thirds and bottom two thirds.
It's always thirds.

Not croppy enough.
Shouldn't cut portraits off at the ankles.

I can’t exactly pinpoint what it is, but I really dislike this composition. Probably because it tries too hard to follow the thirds rule and thus pushes the man too much to the left. Also he is facing away from the centre which makes it look odd. Couldn’t the photog tell him to look towards the rocket? Would have been infinitely more pleasant.
Picrel is a recent photo I took.

To me it looks like it's a crop from the original. As in original photo got posted somewhere online and what you see here is a sloppy crop to make it fit in the article. It doesn't look original.

It's because he's half turned towards the left and out of the frame instead of into it. There should usually be more space on the side the subject is facing, (the show Mr Robot breaks that rule a lot) A better composition would be if the photographer was on the grass side of the guy and he faced him. Also maybe look better showing his shoes with a bit of space underneath.

0/10, absolute shit photo. Was it taken with a toy camera or something?

What kind of elitist shit is this. I would just assume it's a picture from the 70s.
