What even is a "jangle pop"? I thought it was called heel spurs. To the general listener is there any difference between the other alternative rock and "jangle pop" which I am uncertain what even mean?. This just seem like my reference frame but their first EP is surely what sound like a mix of "(Yuck) Post Punk" and what later came to be "College rock/power pop", two things I also do not understand what is. What are these things? There is just tonnes of hybrid contradictionary hybrid genre building in every rabbit hole I have looked down.
