Anna Lapwood plays church organ instrumentals
Michael Nyman make nice classical soundtracks without guitar. You can easily go for "The piano" soundtrack with ease
Adrian Johnston has a few nice compositions, especially "Sebastian" from "Brideshead Revisited"
Tobias picker make classical arrangements that are inspired by his own tourettes
Most Philip Glass I have heard has no guitar in it
The same goes for Ludovico Einaudi
Hmm what else, what else.
A Capella?
I am most certain these are without guitar
