Singles band, but those are pretty good songs.

A band whose best album is their greatest hits compilation

I love the first album dearly and hate everything else

One of the most underrated bands, Molko is a great lyricist and song writer. Their first 4 albums still hold up.

Not listened to a lot but I like Come Home, Bionic, Nancy Boy, Special K and Every You Every Me.

I got in to them through Megg, Mogg and Owl. I remember a /co/ thread that must have been a couple years ago now where an anon suggest Hang On to Your IQ as a theme song for a MM&O series and it stuck with me as a really good fit.
Placebo doesn't really have any bad albums, the new single was pretty cool too.

I liked their Running Up That Hill cover.

I tried getting into them years ago and didn't get what the big deal was. a bit too soft for my tastes.

Their greatest cover was I feel you because Molko sang it so well that Depeche Mode added the way he sang "rising sun" into their live tours.

Their first album is definitely not soft
