Smith and Wesson making new 1917s.https://www.smith-wesson.com/product/model-1917-classic

You think you're a cowboy doing flippy doops yip yappin?>>65616009Its purpose is for your support hand, so you can lock it in between that and the trigger guard and apply more downward control. These days they make magwells have retardedly oversized elephant foots up front to have that functionAlso for me it's the edges melted to oblivion. Look at the enormous gap introduced around the beavertail blend for example, it looks hideous, like a day 1 bubba blasted it on a pedistal grinder for 4 hours too long

Tried the Px4 in .40 and it shoots real nice. Started shooting .40 with the Glock 22/23c and man this feels significantly more comfortable, like something between 9 and .40. Very cool, Beretta, very very cool.
Beretta grip retard anon back again. Decided I wanted to try and seal the pores since this is my testbed/first time refinishing wood sorta project. Anyways I have been stuck at the 400 grit stage for a week now. A whole lot of the pores and slits [this was super shitty wood to begin with that Beretta turbo coats with a bukkake of varnish to hide] are filled in but there are a few spots, mostly on the back smooth flat part here, that just will not fill in. General process is use paintbrush to add more BLO, then wet sand w/ 400 grit at decreasing severity [barely any now] to work up a slurry of blo/sawdust, finger rub it in manually as much as I can WITH THE GRAIN, let dry/wipe off excess PERPENDICULAR TO THE GRAIN, rinse and repeat.Do I just need to keep doing this? I feel like getting some good sawdust from the back and mixing up a thick slurry should fill these tiny but deep pores more easily than the slits but for some reason they just wont seal up. Any advice? After this plan is work 1-2 passes at 600 and 800 grit each, then 1500 grit, then like 7-8 coats of BLO + 3000 grit to even it out, and then a few more coats/finger polish. God help me when I have to get the excess out of the checkering though, probably should do that when the pores are sealed.
>>65616465Are these the old OEM wood grips? I won a set of those off of GB. They look nice but feel like shit to hold
>>65616465If i had this much trouble working with a quarter inch thick hobby plank of wood i'd just kill myself. You are a burden on society.
>>65616469They're the "new" ones they sell, with this weird brown/purple varnish on top that makes them look really ugly. I'm mostly asking so I don't waste time trying to fuck around and mess it up since I'm trying basically to see how glass-smooth I can make the wood out of stubborn pride if nothing else.

No clue on what the SDR is like, but the Sidekick is a gun that I would avoid.>t. shot a Sidekick last year when I was looking for .22 revolvers>>65617635I think Uberti make them and Cimarron sell what Uberti make, IIRC.Just double checking on top of everything said, EAA, Standard, Charter, Pietta, Korth, Spohr, Rossi, Freedom, Manurhin and RIA all make revolvers. Pedersoli if you include black powder. I know the EAA product is not that good, not shot it, but I know it is made of pot metal and has really low end build quality and finish, but what you get for the cheap price tag it has.

3 days until orders open for picrel. My question is, who is this even for? MSRP is $2900, it isn't hand made or anything, it is just a metal Glock clone.
>>65616978That will be today so keep the thread alive for 6 more hours>>65617087*shrugs* I'm unmoved
>>65618208I hate this design language a lot. But. This looks like it is made for competition shooting, and proper kind, since there's no blow holes, compensators or ports.
>>65616921I was just thereGlad to see comp pistols are so common, faith in the patricians restored
>>65618223But at that point why not just get a Laugo Alien then if you wanted some serious competition shooter in that price range? Also I just realized this gun is trying to appeal to blacks, it has silhouettes of MF Doom on the magazine.Which further adds to the question, why? Tyrone is getting himself a Taurus or a Hi-Point or just stealing something off of someone.
>>65618271>laugo>serious competition shooterexactly zero (0) nationals level shooters compete with Laugos
>>65618271This one is a Glock and as >>65618279 points out, maybe it's more fair to compare to stock Glock, which a lot of guys bring to competition events, as well as 2011, shadow, 226, 92FS, other mundane non-alien guns. It's still going to be overpriced, but it's probably going to be ok. Just ugly and expensive for no reason. Kind of like competition specific metal frame M&Ps already are, also often seen.
>>65617733I don't like his guns either.
>>65618279Eh, I don't keep up with super high end stuff, but why not? I'm not going to pretend to be an expert, so qrd.
>>65617782For me I just don't like carrying appendix. I don't care if I can conceal a full size uzi in the front of my pants. I don't say any of the stuff you said though. I shoot it a lot too so I'm not some casual like the other anon thinks. I practice my draw and reload every single time so that's like 20 draws and reloads per trip. I also don't shoot less than 10 yards at all.
>>65617852Glock makes cars?
>>65618208Rich people who joked about wanting a steel framed glock. It's just a $3000 punchline for some people. You guys always forget that there is a class of people above you who just do stuff like that for lulz. No, it's not for you and me. At no point in the design process did they consider someone like us buying one.
>>65618223I wish the knurling above the trigger guard matched the grip texture.
>>65618308It’s only legal in Open, it doesn’t really shoot any softer than a high end 2011, and it gets really fucking hot if you shoot a lot of ammo through it, so it’s annoying to train with, and it’s also hard to get all of the peripherals for it. It’s not like Double Alpha is gonna sell a holster and magnetic hangers and mag extensions for the Alien.

>talking to father about guns>mention that I am going to get a CZ75B >says its good but suggests that I should just get a Canik MC9 Prime Radian instead>pulls out copy of American Rifleman and points to itI might as well ask, what do you guys think of the Canik. I am not sold on it. Looking at the trigger I can tell I am not going to like it, but I might make myself get used to it. Is the Prime Radian any better than a Glock (just for the sake of an apples to apples comparison).>inb4 Turkshit (I really wanted to say this to him, but I didn't)
>>65620028Your dad sounds like the average honest outlaw viewer.
>>65620028Every time someone tries to put a comp on a canik it turns into a weird problem. I’d pass on that basis alone. The triggers are okay, but for the price they’re being charged for now, you could get a Walther and have something that wasn’t molested by roaches.
>>65620028I shot a guy’s canik (some full-size model) the other day, it was nice. Compared to my Nighthawk 2011 I would probably get the same scores/hits. Feature wise it’s jam packed with everything compared to the antique that’s the CZ75B, just tell him you want a classic gun and he’ll get it. Compared to a Glock what the Canik lacks in reputation/reliability they make up in features and accessories. I think the MC9 is the worst gun canik makes (tons of issues I’ve heard) compared to their more straight forward Walther clones Comps and ports I think are a retard magnet, just fucking do your reps, do your dry fire, and you won’t need one. I myself have gone down the path of barrel ports and compensators, it’s valuable training tool to learn about shooter input but I wouldn’t carry one and shoot just as good without
>>65620052>Comps and ports I think are a retard magnet, just fucking do your repsfactory porting and comps are usually pretty trash but stuff like monsoon tactical's porting work is pretty great on small shit like the g43
What would you choose as a do it all handgun, shadow 2 compact, m&p 2.0 compact 4 inch? Or simply cajunise an existing cz 75 compact instead of either
>>65620095Shadow 2 CARRY
>>65620070Factory rice has always been shit

Pistol came in today. Trigger doesnt seem too bad. Will shoot in the next day or two.
>>65619724>>65619782It's like when those bullets enter the skull and then travel along the inside of it and exit going downwards. The "tear" is just from the heat of the bullet cooking the bowl.
>>65620050>>65620052So it seems to be that I should skip the MC9. Also forgive me for being so indecisive, I just want to make sure that I get the very best. I originally was just thinking about a M88A, but then I remembered that I am not a poorfag, so I can do better. That said $250 for a wood grip stainless M88 is tempting. I went from that to a Tanfoglio Witness to a CZ75B. The inner poorfag still says M88A and then do a DIY trigger and sear job. I have done one in the past on my father's Beretta Bobcat he bought used.I don't know bros. The 75 still seems best as far as what I am interested in.
>>65620289I wouldn't get an m88A. Single stack with dubious support for things like magazines and holsters. You can still do work on a cz 75 yourself and if anything there's going to be more options and information on how to do so.
>>65620289You've been back and forth on this CZ-75B. for weeks now. If your heart isn't in it, don't drop hundreds of dollars. Personally, I love my CZ-75 (pre-B) but it's basically a range toy compared to my other guns. If I had to buy another CZ, I'd probably go with one of their newer models. The CZ-75B, to me, isn't old enough to be "retro" and it's not new enough to take advantage in 50 years of advancements in modern technology. It just occupied this weird middle ground.
>>65620347Bro, just ignore your dad and get the Cz-75You clearly really want one
>>65620289>the very bestNone of the shit you're mentioning is the best anything. It's all fine stop sperging and buy a gun.
>>65620352>>65620354I love it, but really it boils down to it versus the Tanfoglio options out there. My father knows I am indecisive so when he points to shiny new guns with fresh reviews he knows that I will look at them for a bit. The other guy is right, I am sperging a bit.I will say that I prefer tried and true over fresh and shiny, because before he suggested for me to buy a H9, since he knows I like 1911 ergonomics.
>>65620095i went for the compact
anyone have thoughts about Rost Martin? Im looking to get my first handgun, came across this bundle with 4 mags, carrying case, and an optic attached for $499. are they any good?Im on a bit of budget, but since it comes with all those extras it seems worth spending a little more to have everything I need right away. My other option for a more budget friendly handgun would be a Derya DY9Z for like $230, that doesnt come with any extras but is a good deal and seems like it might work nice for me. The guy at my local shop was a big fan of this one, and i was going to go with it until I saw the rost martin bundle.

>>65620417My original RM that I won in 2024 has been flawless so on that I'd suggest them. My comped one started this FTE nonsense last month, so I stopped carrying it and went back to my 226 for now. You would need a new red dot, I wouldn't trust that one it comes with. Most are plastic.
>>65620380Just buy a Glock, it's not that hard

>>65620566>what ammo would you suggest?Federal HST in whatever weight you will normally shoot, 115 is most common 9mm. But you'll need to test a few self defense loads to make sure it'll cycle. My 226 won't cycle federal lawman stuff but it'll cycle gold dots and HST
do you carry +1?
>>65620569>cyclecycle meaning firing through a whole mag without any issues?
>>65620569>>65620566Buy the packs that say law enforcement and they're half the price per bullet vs the ones marketed to civilians. Same product afaikhttps://trueshotammo.com/products/federal-9mm-p-124-grain-hst?variant=42242824011881
>>65620575Correct. Some pistols don't like some loads. So you'll want to buy a couple hundred to be sure honestly. You're more than likely fine with whatever you buy but just test it.
>>65620577Aye. Also trushit are a bunch of niggers. Tried to charge me $20 to pick up ammo in store from an online order
>>65620583I've only used them once but it was alright. TSUSA got me on the membership thing so now I have to order from them and make the savings go up!
>>65620566for self defense ammo (JHP) I use federal hsts. you can get a box of 50 for about 30 bucks. speer gold dot is fine too. hornady critical defense is fine as well but way overpriced so i would just stick with federal.for range ammo (FMJ) I go blazer, fiocchi, s&b. 115g and 124gr are what i get.you need to test your gun to see if it likes whatever self defense ammo you decide to stick with. and don't forget to oil your gun a little, some guns want to run more wet than others. glocks should be fine with a tiny bit of lube.
>>65620592>>65620581does grain size actually make much of a difference that you can notice when firing?
>>65620566>what ammo would you suggest? For training? Anything that says CCI Blazer (black box), Federal (Red box) or Fiocchi (blue box) in 115 or 124 grain. For defense, I use Speer Gold Dot. I order it online. Never buy ammo in a brick and mortar store
>>65620602Ya, you can feel the difference between 115/124/147. Mostly fine with 115 for terminal ballistics, I carry 124 HST so I shoot 124 ball.
>>65620603so like this one is good for training purposes?
>>65620620Yup. Also you can use ammoseek to look up decent websites for cheaper price per round . If you wanted to not use trushit
>>65620620https://ammoseek.com/ammo/9mm-luger?ikw=blazer&ca=brass&sh=lowestI usually use ammoseek and filter for brass case ammo and for free or conditionally free shipping
>>65620559The LCP is a ripoff of the p32, chambered in 32acp. It's lighter and holds more bbs.
>>65620620Yep. use ammoseek to compare ammo prices on different websites and use filters. buying in bulk = cheaper per cartridge prices. I usually buy 1000 rds at a time but do so according to your budget ofc.
>>65620520Hard to beat it, but a g45 might be a bit better. Compact guns get annoying to draw and shoot. But you can always get a magwell or something.
>>65620620I just bought 500 rds of 9mm from ugly bullets for $120 shipped. In the description, they only state the grain weight and that they are not reloaded. Weeeeeeeeeeee!
>>65620660Ezpz good job. Didn't over pay
>>65620447Just like stock Glocks,
>>65620566r/gundeals often has an offer from a company that sells 100 rds of HP for $60 shipped. Its either hst or gold dot. I personally buy gold dot 124 +p for under $600 for 1k rounds when I see it on sale.
>>65620666Meh, I was just saying I like the rost martin trigger over the rxm. Stock Glock is ok
>>65620664I have purchased thousands of rounds of range ammo from them. They had some Stacccato factory seconds real cheap at one point.
>>65620673I stick with SGammo out of spite. Fuck trushit for trying to charge an in person pick up fee.
I promise that I will shut the fuck up after this, but can anyone tell me about the Tanfoglios against the CZ75s?I found a Tanfoglio Defiant Stock I 9mm for $650 new. Not sure if this is the best deal out there, but normally it is a $1200 gun. Also my father said something that if I interpreted him correctly was retarded.>heavier guns will have more recoil and muzzle flip Back to physics class for him. So yeah, I am just going to get the CZ or Tanfoglio and maybe the Zastava because it is cheap enough for me to tinker with and get it to being as good as it can be.
>>65620693for me its the cz p01
>>65620693If you are wanting a bunch of informed internet strangers to validate your decision, maybe you should take a step back. Think about what you ACTUALLY want in this firearm. I have never agonized over a gun purchase. It either sparks joy or I feel nothing. Also fuck Zastavas. Reddit gun
>>65620289>I just want to make sure I get the very bestThen get a Glock
>>65620712Zastava AKs are goodHandguns, they're not the best. They served a purpose once but now are relics
>>65620729NTA but their AKs are solid yep. weren't their handguns overpriced as hell at some point?
>>65620712It does spark joy at the idea of having a 9mm that is low recoil and a consistent accurate shooter and fits my hands fairly well, so steel construction and slimmer than a Beretta 92 (which is a slightly too wide for my hands to comfortably hold). I also want something that cuts through hype and will last a long time. I am a manlet, but not a target (dwarfish, I would say). I got hit with "CZ is a gun for men, the Canik is for manlets like you, Anon".>>65620736The new ones still are. What I am looking at is $250 which is fine for a wooden grip stainless finish model, but the other anon is right. Only reason why I want a Tokarev is that is what my great uncle had in the police (this was in the USSR, thank goodness the folks were smart enough to come over to the US), so a 9x19 version sounds tempting. The alternatives are the FEG which go for $700+ or the Norinco which is honestly even more Reddit and I would sooner trust Yugoshit over Chinkshit.>>65620722Glocks have a mushy trigger out of the box, though.
>>65620751Honestly it sounds like you should just buy a 92, get thin grips from LOK and get the TJIAB. Or just buy a CZ and send it to CGW if the trigger bothers you
>>65620754I was thinking of Cajunizing the CZ, but this is where the Tanfoglio comes in (Defiant Stock I specifically), since it has the same weight of trigger pull as the CGW kit provides and has fully adjustable sights, but I have a hard time finding reviews on the 9mm Defiant Stock Is. Consider that a CZ75B is $600 in most cases while a Defiant Stock I is on sale at $700. If we look at Cajunizing then the CZ not the better deal. Money isn't that much of an issue I am just being a proverbial Jew with things. It is 90% the same gun, only thing that is different is the trigger pull and weight distribution. Also I shot the 75B as a rental and I did not mind the trigger pull, I also shot a Glock 19 the same session and found it to be mushier than what I liked.
>>65620771Honestly, even with all your whacky parameters, assuming you're an American I would get A cz over the tangfolio. I'd probably get a more modern version but there should be way more parts, mag and holster compatibility with the CZ over the Tang
>>65620777That settles it. I am American by the way. Excuse me for bean counting, I just saw the deal and read up on the gun.
>>65620785I would look into the SP-01 and the P-01 before going with the 75B. They just seem like natural upgrades of that platform
>>65620792Will do too. I have thought about the SP-01.
whose actually making the best mid range 1911s (500-2000ish)? Colt and Springfield fucking suck. Is Tisas genuinely the only company making non-mim guns under 3k?
What would an HK 1911/2011 be like bros…
>>65620847Wilson combats are sometimes under 2k, Les Baers often but I’ve seen some things that make them not attractive inside, Dan Wesson? But I’ve had some issues with them. Stop being a pussy and buy American
>>65620850full of mim parts and plastic with mold lines, just like all of their other guns?
How can I get an American 1911 that looks like this
>>65620869Colt 1911, buying a used customized 1911, not being retarded
>>65620869The bottom 3 are literally standard A1s except one has a Hogue wraparound grip
>>65620095If the cost isn't a factor I'd get the shadow 2 compact and switch the grips to some wood. Optics would be really nice on my compact and that comes ready.
>>65620095PX4 CompactNighthawk 2011
>>65620712No, I like my EZ9.
>>65620379Nice choice.
I have a question but I'm saving it for the next thread
>>65620389They didn't even want to sell you a spring?
>>65620437I've never actually handled a compact. I'll have to try that this weekend.
>>65620453Bummer.
My LGS was selling a USP 45 Compact but once I found out it doesn't have mag comparability with the full-size I walked away in disgust
>>65620514I like this but I don't want that gun.
>>65620520Nothing like a gun to put your mind at ease. It's been so long since I was noguns but I remember it.
I just got a gas pedal for my xmacro and now I need a new IWB holster. What holster should I get which would accommodate that?
>>65620869>literally every single 1911 manufactured from 1910 through 2007 and 92% from 2008 through 2020I don't know man it's a long shot good luck
Got tomorrow morning off. Might try to get up early and hit the range before work. We'll see what happens when I inevitably dilly-dally the morning away.
RXM in 10mm when?
Beretta 96 chambered in 10mm when
i missed itFUUUCk
>>65621195rip
>>65621195Damn, I used to live in St Auggies. Shoutout to whoever got that deal
>>65621208Probably some faggot boomer
>>65621082>>65621104Never
>>65620850They were going to make a 1911 but Vickers and Hackathorn convinced them to make the HK 45C instead because of 1911 market saturation at the time.
>>65620693>>heavier guns will have more recoil and muzzle flipMuzzle flip no. If they have heavy slides then you might get more of a recoil impulse due to all the reciprocating mass. Some people try to mitigate this by installing heavier reaction springs, but then that just makes the return to battery impulse more snappy.
>>65620052Could you elaborate further on porting and comps? I got back into guns recently and enjoyed a few comped rentals. I figure if you work at it and attain stronger fundamentals the porting would only work in your favor, no? Cheers
>>65621560Not him, but porting/comps are supposed to help with recoil mitigation. However, you can train for all this and not need them.
>>65621564This is why 50AE is the BARE MINIMUM for serious self defense
>>65621560Once you understand that it’s not about stopping the gun from moving, recoil “control” is a fool’s errand, what really matters is getting the gun back on target. Understanding how much input you need to bring the muzzle back down to where you want is how you actually shoot fast. A compensator or port theoretically reduces the amount of input you need to get back down to your POA or “zero”, but at 9mm standard pressure is kind of just a gimmick. https://youtu.be/SQubpTzHUnwLike if you do double drills, two rounds as fast as you can at a point of aim, any round that is below your POA is you putting too much input in your return to zero. Any above is not enough input. A compensator doesn’t actually make your gun any faster returning to zero, you still need to put in input and putting in the right amount of input with an uncomped gun will be just as fast. Another thing is training your eyes to see fast, to see your red dot back on target so you can react to seeing a flash of red where you want to shoot versus just predicting that your gun is back on target. A compensator theoretically prevents the muzzle rise and so you shouldn’t “lose” the dot or point of aim, but if you can see fast then it’s not super useful.
>>65621564aside from more places to clean and general added complexity, they can't really hurt your shooting though, right?
>>65621577Bad ports/comps shave the jacket and create inaccuracy, the shaved jacket being expelled from your ports as shrapnel is a hazard to your eyes + muzzle blast to the eyes isn’t great, the increased muzzle blast will make shooting in enclosed spaces more uncomfortable and disorienting. I shoot 10mm and .45, actually I had some strings at my last steel challenge where I was faster with 10mm than 9mm so maybe I’m not an unbiased source
>>65621584I have my eye on a CR920XP, maybe a CR920XL would be a better choice, I have been considering the XL for other reasons
>>65621577I don't know about hurting your shooting but it can induce failures if I recall correctly. Some ammo may no longer work. Don't know how prolific that is though.
>>65621589what I think would be a good option is a gun you can get an unported barrel or otherwise convert back to uncomped. you can then understand shooter input much better being able to swap between the same gun's configurationplus you can then compete in uncomped and comped divisions if you would like
>>65621600>switch between comp and non compedBasically just have two slides. One comped/ported and one not. maybe I should get my glock comped and ported for shits and giggles.
>>65621603>>65621600I should be able to get two new pews by fagstate permit-to-purchase come May, one will likely be factory comped for aforementioned shits and giggles, probably a Glock/VP9/509 for a more serious home defense gun. I already have an OG stock Shield too
>>65621603or just swapping the barrel
>>65620397>I could opt for the 75 Legend if I wanted to, but I don't see anything it has is betterI may be biased but I think the Legend is much nicer than my B. The trigger in my B feels springy? meanwhile the Legend does not and the milled frame is feels better. Polished barrel too and looks better. I personally prefer CZs without the FPB
To anybody with a Browning Buck Mark, do you notice any zero shift after you remove the top strap for disassembly? I want a classic plinker and also a classic plinker with a dot and a suppressor; on a Ruger Mark the barrel is the firearm so you wind up with two firearms but with the Buck Mark you could just have one frame (the firearm) and then swap barrels and straps. But if every time I do that the zero is going to shift around, I'd rather just have two firearms and then it makes sense to get the Ruger[s] instead.
>>65621104I know at least one guy has converted a 96 to 10mm decades back. I think he cut and welded the frame to add length. If Beretta made a 10mm based on the steel frames though that would be awesome.
>>65621577They can hurt reliability, and produce more felt noise, which is very bad in a confined space like a car or a hallway. They also make the gun bigger.
>>65621439How’d that work out?
>>65619309That's perspective.Either that or I need to consider DIYing some armor out of these stupid bowlsNeed to improve my target setup badly
>>65621914Navy SEALs adopted it as the Mk 24 Mod 0.
>>65621984how was the herters and winchester 10mm? (pretty sure they're made in the same factory)
>>65621987they also adopted the Glock 26 as the Mk26, but you don't see retards going around calling their chode Glock "the navy seal gun"
>>65622039Well they should.
>>65621445I was going to tell him that but he was halfway to bed. It was kind of stupid what he had said with muzzle flip. For recoil, the frame should matter too.>>65621751Noted. Is it worth the $500 difference?
>>65621780>To anybody with a Browning Buck Mark, do you notice any zero shift after you remove the top strap for disassembly?First, you're not really meant to do it that often Maybe a deep cleaning every year or so.Second, maybe a little at like 50 yards. If you're not shooting bullseye with it you won't really notice
im getting a pink gun. dont laugh.
>>65622044>Is it worth the $500 difference?I think only you can answer that for yourself, AnonWait... $500? How much do you think a CZ-75B is? Those things are cheap as fuck
>>65622064New is $600 current day (according to gun.deals unless things have changed in the two days since I last checked), used is like $400 sometimes less, new for a Legend is $1100, I didn't bother checking used because of how new it is. Pre-B surplus is like $450 from a supplier I found.Maybe I am barking up the tree.
>>65621984Get one big enough for your head then put a chin strap on it.
>>65622072>barking up the treeUp the wrong tree, but you get the idiom.
how is gun control even real?how can "shal not be infringed" repeatedly be infringed?
>>65622072Unless you have intense autism, don't even consider the pre-B. Mags are borderline unobtanium, CGW won't touch it and there's zero support from CZ themselves
>>65622086just because I banned all guns doesn't mean I'm infringing. Also it says militia so it only applies to the militia. etc.
>>65622089I wrote them off for the exact reason you described. I was thinking of B or Legend, but the SP-01/P-01 anon sounds like he has a fair suggestion.
>>65622086America was a very different place, things were very very dark, we gave women the right to vote and it fucked everything up. Prohibition and its consequences are one of the worst things to happen to America
>>65622086It all came from trying to keep guns away from blacks
>>65622101We really need a list of every politician that voted for the Hart-Cellar Act and enshrine it in history as the worst sin democracy after committed>>65622097I don't think you'll be disappointed with either. I would lean towards the P-01 because it seems easier to conceal
