WTF is wrong with it?Things I like:'hood looks nice enough, no trash or junk cars or trailers showing, with big houses and next close similar size for safe are 2X per sq foot.T1-11 siding. Not the best, but something I've done professionally.1977: post asbestos and pre-fake board.Close enough to "city" and even a University of sorts, but not too close, but public sewer (I'm afraid of septic, I use garbage disposal and dump a lot of grease).Roomy at 3500+ and 1970s Brady Bunch vibe.
