Have you ever eaten at this restaurant? How was it like?
>>
>>22262697
It’s a fast food restaurant. The environment looks like a bad LARP, the food is slop, and the service is bad... like any other American fast food restaurant.
>>
yeh, I think it was the one in marina del ray. I remember being impressed by the valet service and buffalo blasts.

That's not what was said, need to to lie on this ad thread.
>>

that’s what was implied. I know this because I’m an empath and I can essentially read your mind through the screen.
>>
>>22262697
It's another corporate run fast food place.

I went to one near Seattle. 2/10. Wouldn’t go back.

I think once. It was alright.
>>
It's trash "upscale" dining, which is it's own category so no need to be mad about it. It's just what it is. Food is slop and overpriced, one rung above Olive Garden.

Sauces are bland, mashed potatoes are gummy, pastas are drowning in oil-based sauces, meat is overcooked, bland, and low quality. Not worth it if you enjoy and are discerning about food, ok for it's target demographic which is comprised of 20-30yr olds that probably don't cook going on dates and or taking their parents out somewhere "nice"
>>
Black Women love Cheesecake Factory so Drumpf fucked up by insulting it
>>
>>22262697
Not worth the effort. I feel like this place is overhyped. I didn't have any cheesecake though
>>
never been i like mcdonalds
>>
Was my go-to for dating when I was in middle school, only been back like twice since high school a decade ago. The portions were good for the money, especially since they prepare everything fresh, they basically have a giant brigade system unlike most places. I only really enjoy the Steak Diane, it's surprisingly good for a Diane without cream and nice to seem them keep an old classic alive.
>>
>>22262697
no because I would feel obligated to buy some cheesecake and I don't even like particularly cheesecake more than any other dessert

Olive Garden tier food with the gimmick of a giant menu. A good place to take large families/groups that appreciate a variety of options.

It is surprising to me that they don't have a location in London or disneyland Paris, seems like obvious locations for them. Been to the one in Dubai, large variety menu and massive portions of decent food, definitely only something to go to on rare occasions.

The Cheesecake Factory actually does own a factory (two actually) that makes cheesecakes. Not just for their own restaurant but for many others too. They're the Sysco of cheesecake.

>>
I only have been to one once. I was hoping to tour an actual factory that manufactured cheesecakes. Not a friggin generic chain sit down place. Didn't even order anything so I don't know if it's good or not
>>
>>22263441
Do you think they had a factory on site at the mall? Food production facilities are industrial sites.
>>
>>22262697
i miss the chicken bellagio
>>
>>22263466
I thought the one I went to was the actual factory for the cheesecake manufacturing. We have a chocolate factory not far that's a little bigger. I assumed they made it work. You could t image my disappoint

>>22263476
Chocolate is made by Oompa-Loompas, who are tiny, so that factory can be smaller.
>>
>>22263486
That makes perfect sense. You'd think they use them for manufacturing of the cheesecake. or can they not be of the trained?
>>
>>22262697
I went once (I'm from europe we dont have those) and I understood at that moment why americans are fat. That cheesecake slice must have been 1200 kcal. Tasted good enough.
>>
>>22263519
Were you also unhappy to find no factory in there? It needs to be named appropriately. Like cheesecake restaurant
>>
No Cheesecake Factory here. There was a small chain called Cheesecake Cafe. It was an above average generic Canadian chain serving the usual breakfast, lunch, dinner assortment. Their unique gimmick was extra large cheesecakes. I did not care for the Cheesecakes. Their burgers and sandwiches were pretty good in the early years. Towards the end they were sub- motel diner and Denny's tier.

The one thing they're known for is generous portion sizes. That's why old ladies love it so much, all the depression era gritty grew up poor with "middle class" manners types love it cause
>you can get everything an 80 year old American Woman can imagine
>they give you 2 meals worth of it
It's a good model, but as the geriatrics start becoming post-War Boomers and Latchkey Gen Xers the desire for a big portion decreases.
My parents and their siblings all love a good series of tapas or sushi or small plates from a cute bistro, while my grandma has always loved the Cheesecake Factory because Depression and WWII/Widowed Mother meant she fells like she gets a steal at Cheesecake Factory, while my mom and her sister are like "ewww, they won't cook the steak below Medium"
>>
I went once and it was pretty awful. The menu is like 20 pages long which I knew was a bad sign.
My boyfriend at the time was so excited to go for his birthday which is part of why I broke up with him. He also said his parents gave him money to pay for dinner but I got stuck with the bill because they didn't give him enough to pay for what he ordered.
I will never go back
>>
>>22263415
what is that? cheese?
>>
place is a fucking fraud they dont produce cheesecake they have it shipped in! haven't been back since I learnt this it makes me so fucking mad
>>
>>22262697
Yeah, I went one time when it was attached to this mall in STL that I believe has since been torn down.
I had never been before, there menu was fuckin huge. Placed was packed though so I guess they can have a huge menu like that and not have much spoilage?
Anyway, the menu was so overwhelming for me i just got some fett alfredo. The portion was huge, but it was just meh. I remember my girlfriend let me taste her main dish and we got some apps. It was decent for what it was i guess.
Are there like cheesecake factory's "must haves"?

People think they are “good” because you are eating butter and salt. There is a difference between when people make good food because they know how to prepare ingredients well, and those that just fill everything with massive amounts of butter and salt. I used to work in vacant retail spaces, which doesn’t matter but I was inside an old restaurant of a similar type and they still had their recipes and such posted in the kitchen. For mashed potatoes, they used 1 lb of butter for 6 lbs of potatoes.

Pasta with chicken and tomato sauce shouldn’t be 1700 calories, but it is because you are eating two sticks of butter, which distracts you from how mediocre everything else is

A few times. For some reason my Japanese friends are obsessed with it and drag me there every time they come visit. The main thing that stands out to me is how fucking long it always takes to get food there. It's also surprisingly expensive for a chain slop place. Most of the food is mid but I did once have a chicken parm sandwich there that was pretty good. The bread is good too but I shudder to think of how full of sugar it must be.
>>
>>22263913
*you have a vett int in cock
>>
>>22263943
Bread is actually really easy to do and have it be tasty and it won't have sugar outside the little bit needed to kickstart the yeasty bois. And it's even harder for wagies to fuck up because it's literally mix the premix with water, shove in an oven, it beeps when done, then slap under a heat lamp and give customers butter when they show up.

Bread will be the cheapest and easiest thing on any menu for any restaurant. If they fuck it up, absolutely nothing else at that place can be good.

*Olive garden bread is like that so it works as a dipper for sauces. That is why it's kinda meh on it's own. It's way fucking better with sauce, but since they don't default to giving you some with the unlimited shit no one fucking knows about this.
>>
>>22262701

Capitalism is western

Trying to pidgeon hole what the Chinese do in Western terms like "Communism" and "Capitalism" may be the single greatest reason people in the fail to understand China.
>>
>>22264151
Chinks aren't aliens. Similar concepts exist.
>>
>>22264162
You’d be surprised how misleading typical Western concepts can get when applied to China.

Take the two you quoted "Communism" and "Capitalism", the way these two are understood there may very well be alien.

Guarantee he's an American that learns everything about the world from people like Nick Fuentes that are brain-damaged and can only operate in simple black-white dichotomies

That's why it's so important to have patience with him. It must be painful to built your entire worldview on stories of how your people, culture and race are superior, only for the Chinese to mog you.

You just saw he doesn't care about being educated or even shown why they're wrong. He only cares about feel-good narratives. These are "people" that screech about pedophilia being bad but have their head in the sand when it comes to their dear cult leader doing it. The only solution is to mock them relentlessly from land as they go down with their sinking boat out in the water.
>>
>>22264274
Maybe you're right, some people are better helped with a good beating.
>>
>>22264055
Yeah, I guess that's true. I was mostly just thinking about the whole Subway "bread" debacle a few years ago and assuming the CF stuff might be on a similar level.

>>22264109
I tried, they enjoy the novelty of a gigantic plate of slop too much though. The attitude is basically "fuck it, everything in America is slop, may as well go for peak slop." (Even though I've taken them to tons of local non-slop restaurants that they enjoyed.)
Also I probably won't see them again in the US any time soon given the absolute state of the Yen and the fact that I don't live in a major city anymore.

I went for my 21st birthday because a relative took me. My only visit.

I’m not even sure I ate food, just had a lot of cheap scotch. Dewars as I recall. Didn’t try the cheesecake.

Teenage girls tend to really enjoy the place though. They think it’s classy and like dressing up for it.

I haven't been there since I was a kid, but I remember thoroughly enjoying it. Doesn't their menu basically have like, everything? Well, I guess maybe it means most shit is microwaved or wtv, but I liked the food. And the desserts! I'm a huge sucker for cheesecake.

As an adult, I dunno if the price would match the value though, but I don't know anything about this place anymore
>>
>>22266693
Apparently they make most things from scratch, aside from the cheesecake. The kitchen is brutal, and Cheesecake Factory line cooks are the torture-tested Spartans of the industry. Supposedly.
