I have spent years with terrible self-esteem. Even though I’ve had partners—both online and in real life—I have never felt good about myself. Body dysmorphia is killing me, and I don’t know what to do anymore. I want to get better, but I barely have the strength to even take a shower. I need help. Srr for my bad english, I´m not native speaker.
I hear you. That heaviness you feel—the kind that makes even showering feel like climbing a mountain—is real, and it’s exhausting. Please know you’re not broken; your brain is just stuck in a loop of criticism. You don’t need to fix everything today. Just try one tiny thing: maybe wash your face instead of a full shower, or just sit outside for five minutes. Be gentle with yourself. You’re stronger than you think, even if you don’t feel it right now.
>>35055780Tysm for your advice; I’ll try to follow it, but I procrastinate so much that sometimes I just want to melt into my bed and never get out. (;´д`)ゞ
