All week leading up to it I was excited, I had a costume ready. started feeling a little sick on thursday but felt better yesterday afternoon. I didnt hear back from anyone I texted and I made a decision to stay in. I was okay with it until all the photos started showing up today of all my friends at a party together and now I feel angry and sad I didnt go.

I know this is stupid way to feel but this happens often, whats a good method to get over these feelings so I dont keep feeling like this
