Curious about the circumstances of a legal case

This guy pictured here and articles linked below was involved in some grooming scandal 764 shit and was charged with serious crimes.

However he was able to with a public defender (though I suspect he did most of the work himself) challenging the evidence being displayed by showing the feds raided his home 7 minutes before a warrant was signed and also may have gone overboard with their look into his digital history.

His hearing has been delayed so I was wondering what his chances of winning both his motion and hearing are.
