How do I stop posting on 4chan/imageboards in general? I've been posting here every day since I was ~15, so about ten years.

But my life has been so fucking shit for the past 6-8 years(and part of it was/is my fault) that wasting my time on the internet, preferably on websites that promote endless novelty-seeking behavior like 4chan, Reddit and YouTube, started to feel much more appealing, not because they're particularly funny, but very convenient for those who just want to turn their brain into mush and distract themselves from negative thoughts. The blue boards are dead or really, really slow. The ones that aren't, are filled with the same threads and their respective schizos, trolls and attention starved retards every fucking day. I don't really hang around the red ones besides /gif/ but it's probably the same thing. It's Saturday night and people my age are all walking around going to their Halloween parties and here I am making a gay vent post on /adv/. I'll probably waste my money on a pizza, so I can go to sleep quicker after inducing food coma. Thanks for reading my blog.
