I impulsively bought this wacom pro screen drawing tablet for almost 4K and it's really fun to doodle around on it. I really want to learn how to draw for real though. How do I get started? I know that I also have to practice traditionally but I mostly want to draw digitally as I have this ass fucking expensive tablet now.Any advice and resources? How do I get this hobby started for real? The endgoal obviously is to draw cute anime girls but I am open to learn realism and fundamentals along the way.
1. it looks like you've already gotten started by buying the wacom, so i'll skip that part.2. the first thing you're gonna wanna do is learn how to draw a line. since you have the wacom, you only need to worry about this a little bit. 3. pic rel? forget about your bully because he will always get more yous and positive feedback anyway because he's popular and you're not4. find someone to pay you so you can practice and get experience5. the indie pilot. you're gonna need to learn how to use kickstarted to get your first commission started6. draw daily, learn theory and fundamentals, and try to make the next pieces better than the last piece every time
>>35052235Go to /ic/ and look at the sticky on that board. However, do NOT browse that place since a ton of anons there like to drag people down and demotivate others. Just get the resources and good luck and have fun most of all. Draw what you want first in order to figure out what do you want to do in order to improve.
