i sort of just wanna follow random people in the streets until i get to watch something interesting happen but i have the impression that it's illegal to do so.is it?will i get arrested or killed if i do this? what if im really sneaky and try not to get caught?
The legality of that is a little questionable. I think you might have an easier time watching people at a bar. One that is fairly popular. It’s fun watching what people do. Some surprise you. Keep in mind though, you won’t seem like some mysterious dude. It’s not really cool. People might think your weird.
