My gf keeps having repeated problems where she works a serving job at a restaurant then ends up having creeps at work who make advances and then when she denies them they do everything in their power to sabotage her day and her work. Believe it or not this is the third time this problem has come up. She has quit two jobs because of this happening and management doing nothing about it.

I'm getting really tired of having to worry about my girl at her workplace and I can personally afford for her to just do housework but she prefers to have some type of social interaction during the day so that doesn't work out well for her and she gets depressed being cooped up in the house.

To try and fix this recurring problem I'm seeing if anyone has recommendations for jobs that would only involve women so she doesn't have to be dealing with this or just a job that isn't conducive to people creeping and sabotaging? I don't know what I can do outside of that, or maybe getting the problematic people fired somehow so they never have to be around, but I'm not sure how to do that without going to jail or getting gf fired in the process.
