>always had issues with brushing my teeth since I was a child
>sometimes I'd brush them once a week, often once a month, most of the time I'd go years without brushing them at all
>fast forward to now, 30yo
>talking with friends of mine, they said they had similar issues, moved to an electric toothbrush and had no issues since then
>decide to try myself
>since I bought an electric toothbrush I've been brushing my teeth pretty much daily, skipping only when I'm too tired and fall asleep right after work
How does this work exactly? I still can't see myself brushing my teeth right after every meal since I hate the feeling of toothpaste I my mouth, but going from once every now and then to 5-6 times a week feels crazy to my brain

At least brush before going to bed. 100% of the time. Before long you can't even sleep anymore unless you've brushed your teeth.

Floss and brush without toothpaste and mouthwash/just hydrogen peroxide.

You dont need to brush with toothpaste after every meal - you actually should only 1-2 per day
