my sister got into therapy and she got ammunition from her maniac female therapist to use it on mei realize the next part is gonna sound crazy but i loved when i can beat my sister mentally and have her breakdownim only saying this because they used to fucking ostracize humiliate me and call me names, now they get to do that behind my back (i have another sister)and i cant do anything about it, well we have stopped talking w eachother for over a year (we all live together)anyways now my mom has gone to the same therapist and im suspecting she told my mom to ignore me?? wtf is going in this fuckass house brothe therapist is a maniac and she is fucking evily raping me mentallyto give you a glimpse of how tf shit is going, my sister literally used to call me names whenever we disagree or just shout at me because she gets "angry easily" and my mom said not to do anything to her nor raise my voice?? and just tell me mom to deal with itliving around females is not nicenow i feel like a fucking lonely evil person and i cant fucking humiliate myself around them by trying to fix wtf is going on and idk how to proceed
and my sister number (1) gets so much leeway and love and she is objectively the most loved in the house (we used to gossip about this all together) my other sister (2) even says my parents are unfair anyways im just saying wtf is wrong w my family
Maybe the therapist is just telling them not to engage in arguments because they go particularly nowhere and just build more mutual animosity. Have you tried being kind or even neutral instead of adversarial?
>>35046334well yeah i have tried, but again even my mom agrees my personality is weak, they just walk all over me
>>35046317Therapists are paid bootlickers. They are shit kickers, they are 'yes-men'. Especially the female ones, they are paid to validate everything that is said to them, they are similar to prositutes except instead of servicing people sexually they do it mentally. They are also disloyal and two faced, except they call it being 'impartial'. If you paid the same therapist lady and spoke to her she would frame everything where you are the misunderstood one and your sisters are causing the problems and she would then give you strategy on how to avoid and tip toe around the problems. If you are the only man in that house you are outnumbered 3:1. And to top it all off they have a matriarch therapist spewing shit into the home (psychology is a female dominated craft, 80% of all therapists are female). Because you are the man you will be treated differently. You will simultaneously be seen as the family work horse, the mule, the hard bodied golem who is supposed to do all of the heavy lifting and never ever complain about it. You will also be implicitly scene as the family ogre, the family gremlin, the man who could potentially be a physical catastrophe if he lost his temper. Now keep in mind these are all subconscious judgements women make of men. Above that is a conscious and conscientious personality where they do love you as a son, and a brother. Don't go thinking they don't because they do. But it still has to be said, you cannot thrive as a man in an environment that is smothered in femininity. You should consider peacefully and amicably moving the fuck out.
>>35046505>ContinuedIf you stay, take your mom's advice at least. The part where she had said your personality is weak. This does not mean you are weak as a man, but the way you are handling your sisters is too soft touch. Women will never, ever respect the soft touch, even though they claim to want that it's not what they respect. I am not suggesting you become abusive or aggressive or fake some alpha shit, but do consider firmly telling them 'No'. 'Fuck off', 'Mind your business.' 'Go away'. 'Get lost'. 'I'm not interested', 'Tough shit.' and more importantly OP you need to act it out. If a sister is in your face causing shit you tell her if she doesn't shut up you are just going to leave the room, and if she says one more word you go do that, you leave her high and dry. You also need to disengage from the gossip and drama and begin focusing on your own wishes goals and plans and execute them, without telling them a single thing about it. What it calls for is you need to become the defacto father figurehead (presuming your dad isn't in the picture). Thats the only time women respect men. Do I recommend you do that for this situation? Absolutely not dude. That's your mom and two sisters, the only woman who should get your leadership is your current (or future) gf/wife. No man should have to do that shit for their own mom or sisters. So again, consider moving out
>>35046320>anyways im just saying wtf is wrong w my familyYou are what is wrong with your family.
>>35046505>You should consider peacefully and amicably moving the fuck out.this is so fucking true, i had the bliss of leaving by myself for the first time in 20 years, i was so afraid the first 3 days after that i felt incredibly at peace and was actually confident and comfy enough to be myself (i usually have to jester to please my mom and (sister they are so emotional))
>>35046562>So again, consider moving outi will but but im gonna miss my mom so much i dont wanna end it on bad terms, she is the closest person to me even more so than my dad (he doesnt live with us)idk, my mom is easily persuaded and not very logical, and i dont wanna keep tending to her emotional needs im tiredidk how to distance myself from a parent that i love>>35046704one sentence man, explain yourself instead of vagueposting
>>35046317move out. why haven't you already?
>>35046744You don't have to miss them or say farewell. One of the first mental hang ups people have about leaving the family home is they think of it as some depressing ending where they say goodbye or maybe even leave on awkward tense terms and that's that, fade to black, you never see them again lol. In reality all that changes is physical difference and a change of lifestyle and living situation, your mom is still gonna be your mom, you can always call or visit. The emotional distance doesn't need to change only the physical distance. As for her emotional needs that's ultimately on her to regulate by herself or find a way to get those needs met somewhere else. The reason she depends on you for those rather than your sisters is because again, you're a man. I don't care how chauvinistic it may seem but women will always gravitate towards the man to regulate her emotional needs because the man is more stable and sturdy in his emotions (not really we just are way better at burying them. The women perceive us from the outside and they see a 'rock'). But even rocks erode given enough pressure over time with no meaningful reciprocation and you can't get that sort of thing from mom or sisters because only a girlfriend can provide that sort of after care if you know what I mean. It will feel shit for you if or when you leave like you just betrayed a puppy. But you gotta understand by leaving you bring honor to your mother you do not screw her over. Because her goal is she wants to be a good mom. Every mom's worst nightmare is being remembered as a flawed or imperfect mom. Every good mom knows the kids gotta become independent and make their own family one day or at least their own life they enjoy. The longer you stay the more you will lose your appetite for starting your own family and who could blame you given the drama you lived with?
>>35046757i dont have a job and i would have to ask them for money, and my parents think its frowned upon to move out when im still studying
>>35046790>depressing ending where they say goodbyeLMAO yeah i always felt like its some kind of a movie farewells> when you leave like you just betrayed a puppyngl you are so good at describing wtv i am going thru in words better than methanks for your words i seriously started looking into moving out to a relatives abandoned home, i thought there was any other way instead of physical relocation, but i guess i have to move out since its the reasonable choice
>>35046505how does one improve mentally without a therapist?
>>35049261That's the spirit, and the only reason I can describe it to you with a degree of accuracy is because I've been there, pushed to what felt like an edge by bickering family and contemplated the jump off the moving out cliff and hesitated a lot before doing it. It's not as bad as feared.>>35049456I just looked up the therapy myself the shit the therapist learns like cognitive techniques or dialectic behaviour therapy techniques I just binged all of their shit and applied it myself. I'd rather become my own therapist than lay $100 an hour to someone who is only paid to care
>>35049466>I'd rather become my own therapist than lay $100 an hour to someone who is only paid to carenice
>>35046317No offense, OP, but why would you want to "fix" anything? Sounds like they would rather seek "therapy" than actually work things out.My advice is don't bother. It's too late for them.Don't even try to be the better man here and fix what they obviously don't want to.Double down on ignoring them by leaving them.Save up some money, have a stable job, and move out asap.Let the bitches rot, and enjoy the villain triumph moment when you're finally rid of the emotional parasites you're living with, and making it on your own.
