>Literal hellish fatigue and sleep problems
>Too tired to function normally or exercise
>Useless doctor found nothing

What are you meant to even do here? My whole life has been destroyed by something which has sapped my ability to perform mental and physical labour and makes me feel like I've missed sleep from the moment I wake up, and no scan shows what the cause even is so people just assume I'm malingering. It's actually hell, like I'm being tortured daily by extreme fatigue. I'm truely furious

Sounds like ME/CFS, did you take the vax?

You're gonna have to force yourself to drag through exercise and eating and doing everything in your power to get your circadian rhythm back on track. Start small, make sure you do the wakeful things early and get bright sun in your eyes early and look far distances in that sunlight (as far as you can) early. Take no dopaminergic substances or anything that your circadian rhythm uses to regulate. Avoid dopamine after and around sunset at all costs. Dim the lights. Treat yourself like a lab rat in a circadian rhythm study. Do research sleep is critical for every aspect of health

nta but I got hit with this since before covid was a thing. Doctors didnt gaf and now they care less and think I'm mental despite being autistic enough to log shit, eat healthy, exercise, be outside etc. I don't even use social media or watch tv so idk.

Idk the solution OP, some times are better than others but I've just had to suck it up. Hopefully you can get a doctor that actually cares and doesnt just tell you to take your vitamins without even doing bloodwork. Its cost me two jobs and not being able to finish uni. Im hoping I die in my sleep desu.

Sleep apnea issues? Try sleeping raised a little bit with some pillows under your upper back and head
