i've made similar threads a few times, and all people seem to do is bitch and moan and moralfag, but here goes: how do i cause as much legal pain and suffering as possible? im talking ruining lives without legal consequences? i have been mistreated by the world to a ridiculous degree and i wanna get even.
you steal enough credentials/personal information to be able to assume their identity, then make self-destructive actions under that identity to maximum degreealso make use of anonymity; find ways to ship free physical goods to their location, submit incriminating materials to their place of work/family, that sort of thingif you want to tie up their phone, don't give their number to spam services, phones can screen for that sort of thing now. Use their name and number to solicit local businesses for services/quotes. People are more likely to answer a phone call if it's a local area code and has a real business name in Caller ID.
Most advice about this isnt legal to give. It really is just massive success, every thing else gets you in some trouble.

There is cyber bullying but it's hard to say what is and isn't legal.If you go up to someone in person and rage bait them without using "hate speech." Until they attack you and then beat them up, that is legal I think.Trying to stay legal often adds a lot of complications. If I were to go for it I would just do something illegal and be smart about it
