Whenever I talk my eyes get really big and wide like pic related, how can i train my eye muscles to relax?
>>35036720someone i know does this. honestly speaking it is stressful to look at, i usually start looking away when his eyes start bulging like that when he speaks and really gets into it.not sure if it's good advice but maybe try relaxing more. if you get like that mostly when you speak about topics that you have strong feeling on, try to regulate yourself in those moments and don't let your emotions take control.
You have to consciously control it. In order to form a habit, reward yourself for small progress and repeat it for at least 21 days. That’s the general timeline of cementing a habit, and I’d guess unless the behavior is neurological it would be corrected after that long. Essentially, every time you’re talking at length and can feel it coming on consciously control yourself to keep your eyes more lidded, then afterwards give yourself a mild treat.

I have light brown colored hair and eyebrows too so sometimes it looks like I have none at all in bright light.I think will just stare at a mirror while I talk about different things, ranging from casual conversation to thinkings I'm actually interested in and watch how my eyes go, then try to coordinate my eyes with the muscles so I can keep my eyes from getting to big and scaring people
I get too excited when I converse about something I'm into as well. I just never have good convo so I crave it more. I've got to get used to wanting it while not depending on it so much.
