Translation Notes concerning these pages:>>291936035>>291936074>>291936285Have any of you ever seen the pure night sky without any nearby settlements? Even rural areas in developed countries have some light pollution... Unobstructed starry skies are something really envyable about pre-industrial society.Anyways, hope you enjoyed the chapter, see you tomorrowhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lTZTgglnx98
>>291936401Thanks, OP
>>291936308Great chapter.

>>291936074>>291936088That's quite horrifying, like junji ito's balloons but less vicious.
>>291935659Surely, there's at least a single incident not caused by mushi.
>tfw Mushishi is almost 20 years oldholy shit I wasted my life
>>291936308Based husband
>>291935723NO! YOU FOOL! I'VE SEEN THIS COUNTLESS TIMES! DO IT NOW, FOR THE SAKE OF ALL THAT IS GOOD!
>>291936088I can't help but giggle at those little medicine packs now.
>>291936139>>291936148Shit, reminds me of a dream I got a lot. I'd float around like I'm almost weightless, kicking the ground trying to see how high I could go, then a breeze would carry me away. Usually ended with me falling to the ground and waking up.

CHAPTER 27: The Singing Seashells
More like Mushishit if you catch my drift
Chapter 27, The End.Hm, i'm not sure about this one. It felt like something was missing at the end there. I guess it's a nice compact story about guilt and forgiveness
Translation notes concerning these pages:>>291955412>>291955444>>291955642Not all chapters can be 10/10s. Does the cute girl make up for it? See you tomorrow!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccVP5xcjmBU

>>291955261Smol guy
>>291955754I just love the humanity in these stories. Sometimes i feel like all humans are just evil and everything is doomed, but its the small things like settling a grudge with old friends that show how thats not all it ought to be. There is beauty, there is love. There is a hand you can hold. It makes me feel so much less alone. Thanks OP.

Imagine the smell: The Chapter. I'm dehydrating a ton of tomatoes, so my place smells really good actuallyHope you enjoyed it, and the bonus story too. See you tomorrow!
One more translation note, from the old translation 20 years ago, concerning the page where the hunters shoot guns: >>291975440If you're interested in an early Japanese account of European firearms, check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xZnaCel6LdU

>>291976074It only aligns because 4chan had been down for a day, and no chapter could be posted. And who is responsible? You guessed it: mushi

>>291975867That's how Ginko got his drip
>>291978946Picked up, thanks for the Halloween game, I love fallen london
>>291975665Thanks for posting, OP. I've watched the Mushishi anime but not read the manga, I just joined the daily now. Maybe it's just me, but does this era of Mushishi have more stories where people use/abuse Mushi for their own benefit, rather than people being afflicted by the Mushi? Maybe I'm just thinking of this one with the hand and the whistling sailor guy.
>>291983318Of course a Fallen London enjoyer would be in a Mushishi thread lol. This is the only game i ever shill to people. It was even made by a guy who worked for Failbetter, and they let him use the Sunless Sea engine.Gameplay wise, in many ways it's even worse than Sunless Sea. Traveling and combat suck (though travel takes less time). Despite that, the writing is super creative, and the variety of bizarre locations makes up for it
>>291983933First you get the mushi, then you get the power
>>291983933Welcome! Maybe Urushibara realized after writing a some stories, that the drama was too reliant on idiots not taking their damn medicine. So in later chapters, she shifted the focus more towards the character's unique failings, amplified by mushi shenanigans. And it's great that you join us, but i have some bad news... There are only two chapters left in book 3 - and book 4 will release in mid December
>>291982329Fucking lmao did you make this?
>>291985802Mushisholumbine
>>291982329Pffftttttt
>>291985452>There are only two chapters left in book 3 - and book 4 will release in mid DecemberI guess that just means I'll have to stick around... you caught me hook line and sinker, OP...
>>291986835Earlier this year, i promised i would start posting again when book 2 released, in April. But i was such a lazy bastard, i delayed it until book 3 had also come out and then i waited one more month.Book 4 will be released out on the 15th of December. And i will start posting no more than a week after that, this time, please believe me
>>291988212>will be released outi am not sober
