>>43155886four of cups, king of swords, six of wands, the chariot, eight of pentsbecause the issue is psychological in nature, you need to actively be improving your mindset in your waking life to just have a lot more confidence, essentially. not to be arrogant, but moreso just so that you're able to think of things in a more logical frame of mind than you do now. do you doubt yourself a lot or overthink situations? thats a good point to tackle, if so. your sleep problems should cease if you can improve your confidence. your entire life will improve if you can improve your confidence actually, but actually in relation to your query, if you can get more confident then your body will relax more because it'll feel better prepared to handle any threats, which will allow you to actually sleep better at night.
