Why isn't the Church really a focal point of conspiracies / mysteries anymore? 20+ years ago it was all about the Church but today they are barely talked about

Because nobody goes to church anymore retard. They're all atheists or agnostics these days.
>>
Think about it, someone could convert to orthodoxy by watching Jay Dyer and feeling feel good sparkly feelings in his stomach one day, and then the other day be convinced by Platonism and give up that church. That's how it is, people are like billiard balls always being swayed by "intuitions" "emotions" "ideas". People later on get dementia because no animal is supposed to be a recipient of these abstractions for so long, then they think it "must've been the wind". When you zoom out, youll realize that this happening on a mass scale results in stuff like that, especially with algorithms and how all these archetypes people have are manufactured

The biggest conspiracy people really ought to be taking more seriously is that the Church / modern Christianity is a creation of Rome.
In the Bible, Jesus never claims to be God - the closest is "before Abraham was, I am" I believe Jesus is some ancient spirit/being, not God. He will return before the End Times. Jesus also appears in Islam ("Isa" to them): they recognise him as a prophet (even giving him the "peace be upon him" after his name) and believe he'll return and slay the antichrist ... they just don't believe he is God, aka disbelieve the trinity. I suspect they may be right.
Early Christianity was very different to today's: many more books of scripture, different beliefs, strange ceremonies, etc. It was only centuries after Jesus' death that it was all canonised, and most of the books of the New Testament were written decades after he died and often not first-hand accounts. I suspect Rome/the Catholic Church used Christianity to keep their power as the Roman Empire declined. That's the real conspiracy - it's all a lie for control. Jesus will return, but he's not God.

They're very strong still but their power is waning. AI and homogeneous societies have really cut into it

>In the Bible, Jesus never claims to be God - the closest is "before Abraham was, I am"

He is claiming to be God/Yahweh. Yahweh is "I Am Who I Am": In Exodus 3:14, when Moses asks God at the burning bush what name to give the Israelites, God declares "Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh" ("I am who I am" or "I will be who I will be")

Jesus used the phrase "I am" (Ego eimi), which mirrors how God revealed His name to Moses as "I AM WHO I AM" in Exodus 3:14.
He declared, "Before Abraham was born, I am!" (John 8:58).

I'm 50 and I have no idea what you're talking about.

Three popes ago it was helmed by a globalist who watered everything down in exchange for significantly greater appeal and influence in the developing world. Two popes ago it was taken over by a globalist crypto jew puppet. It has never come back. As an institution it exists to milk any remaining influence towards jewish ends and of course rape a few kids in the meantime.

But that is reality and reality bears no relation to why it disappeared from the public conscious. It could be a more secular society or being burnt on the amount of child rape but personally I blame dan brown. people just got catholic fatigue after years of over saturation.

>as the Roman Empire declined.
Rome objectively peaked after christianity. I'm not even talking about the comparatively larger, longer lived, and more powerful eastern roman empire. Even based in rome. The peak came after. At least in terms of size, stability, or quality of life.

I'm 70 and the young man you're "reposting" to on this "web" forum was correct.

It did absoloutly not. The Western Empire was a pile of shit plagued by severe economic stagnation and a drastic decline in the quality of life.
Luckily it was then replaced by based Christian germanic kingdoms whose leaders were previously served as high-ranking commanders or autonomous allied troops in the Roman military.

Reminder; a group of big fat jews sat on a table sipping baby blood creating the conan the barbarian movies so that decades later people will use its pictures as a method to assault christianity and to feel like their manboobs show virility and might and magic

I literally said
>Luckily it was then replaced by based Christian germanic kingdoms
Fucking retard
West Rome fucked over their loyal Christian allies who then mutinied against the decedant empire. There never was an actual "barbarian" invasion. The goths were Christians and already part of the Roman military for centuries at that point.
