Banishing, grounding, shielding. Why, what do you use?

>>43147319
Could you give specific examples? Works to reference?

If someone wants to get fit just saying "go to the gym and eat healthy". Is not actually helpful.

Specific examples? LBRP, Star Ruby, the um... tree... exercise... thing... I forget what it's called. Pillar or something, maybe. And I'm honestly not sure how to explain shielding better than visualizing a shield of light.

I can't remember my sources, but I can offer some stuff I'm currently reading through.
>Psychic Self Defense by Dion Fortune
>The Witch's Shield by Christopher Penczak
>Psychic Shield by Caitlin Matthews
>Protection & Reversal Magick by Jason Miller
>The Ghost Hunter's Survival Guide by Michelle Belanger
>Defense Against the Dark by Emily Carlin
>The Practical Psychic Self-Defense Handbook by Robert Bruce
Bonus, I've got a category on exorcism.
>The Devils and Evil Spirits of Babylonia by R. Campbell Thompson (2 Volumes)
>Forerunners to Udug-Hul by Markham J. Geller
>The Exorcist's Handbook by Josephine McCarthy
>Vampire's Way to Psychic Self-Defense by John Kreiter

If I'm missing anything or any of my listings are shit, I'll be happy to add or remove anything that would be better or just an awful, useless read.

Several stage
>Connect with the magical realm; you need to feel/hear/taste the magical energy.
>Next, you need a specific goal, study the subject, make mistakes, learn, and start again.
>Finally, learn to distinguish between belief, knowledge, reality, and illusion.

Archangel Michael.
Find god, he will supply your spear.
