So I started doing the gateway experience less than a month ago. 1 + 2 were easy enough although I don't think I have F10 nailed yet. 3 was the hardest, had to do it 3 times and I still don't think Rebal is too clear. 4 didn't make much sense to me, haven't tried it again.What am I doing wrong? I don't expect to violently allucinate stuff but I kind of expect some minor sensation on things like the rebal, the resonatuning etc...I don't think I should be doing 5 just yet, how long did it take you to work the skill?

>>43144229I've read the first book years ago, don't remember much of it but it seemed to me mostly personal experience and theories on the matter. If there are practical excercises I'm guessing they are just to meditate but he doesn't call it that, he just says lay down and focus on the breath
