Last night and two nights ago, and a couple days ago. In my dream, I was in the POV of a very tall black American, (at least 1.96 m). I'm a short frenchman, my speaking english is not very good but in this dream, it was perfect. I was in his body, I could feel the things he was feeling such as pain, cold etc, and some of his internal monologue. I will include the dream contents below. But is something like this possible? Im about to go to bed in an hour or two.

First one was leaning to the right, He required help from the fat assistant for it to not fall over and to get it into the freezer. The second pallet almost tipped over, me and the fat assistant pushed as hard as we could for it not to fall on our heads. The person whose POV I (He) was in was quite strong, I myself wouldn't have been able to hold the pallet contents. He parked that one in the waiting area. His internal monologue was saying it was too unbalanced to get into the freezer. The pallet jack (this is what he referred to it as in his internal monologue) broke, the button for the “up” mode had become stuck, and he couldn't get it out of the pallet, but the pallet was so unstable, he couldn't pull it out anyways. I (He) went down somewhere to get the other department's pallet jack. His internal monologue kept saying that he was ok with the situation because he had gone through worse. At this point, the female driver came back and helped with the next pallet, which was tipping over so badly it had to be leaned on the second pallet. The female driver also was getting the last pallet off, it was at this point, the fat assistants glasses fell off and broke. I (He) asked him if he could still see. His internal monologue knew this was a stupid question but he wanted to ask it anyway. I (He) boss came in, seemed like a manager, a tall well groomed fat white white man named Jim.

Taylin was a short black guy with an afro and glasses. Matt's internal dialogue told me he knew him quite well and respected him. Matt had recorded and took photos of what happened and sent it to his boss. The dream had skipped to him filling some yogurt, then walking outside the store. Matt didn't seem bothered or upset by his situation, he found it comical somehow that everything that could go wrong, went wrong. He did not know that his co-worker called in and the other guy wasn't scheduled. Personally, I'm not great under pressure. Last night, I dreamed in Matt's POV again. Matt walked into work and greeted his co worker “Evan” a teenager with black hair, acne and glasses. His co worker “Gordie”, an older white man with glasses, gray hair and a gray beard. Gordie had apologized at this time for not showing up yesterday, he mentioned something about his mom, but Matt had no clue what he was talking about and only understood that he missed yesterday due to a family emergency. This dream was mundane. Taylin and Jim showed up here again. Matt filled ice cream and talked about American football with Evan. I have zero clue about anything regarding american football, but Matt seemed to know a lot about it and I looked up some of the names, and they were real players, such as Quentin Nelson, Erik Armstead, Houston Texans, Buffalo Bills, Jeremiah Smith, Charlie Becker, Josh Allen, Arch Manning. I remembered these players very vividly. The dream was him filling ice cream, and an interaction with Evan, and a couple looking for a cannoli ben and jerry's ice cream.

Another guy came looking for a flavor that i have no clue what it was, but then a picture of it appeared in my head very clearly (I'm guessing this was Matt's mind forgetting and remembering). Matt was looking for it, when the guys wife told him to stop looking for ice cream for her, and the guy agreed and left. Matt finished his task and took his break, then clocked out. He sat alone waiting for his ride in front of the store. It was cold, I could feel it. While he was sitting, I could feel Matt was quite lonely (I could feel these feelings even when he was working. Like he would just get sad or angry at himself for no reason. I can't explain, but while he was sitting alone, I could really feel it. He also avoided eye contact with the girls at his job, even though he could feel them looking at him. One of them was good looking as well. I don't understand why he did that. From what I understand, he is from somewhere in western. From there I woke up and started having normal dreams again. However, I did get to see Matt's face in the mirror. He was a good looking clean shaven man, seemed to be in his late teens/early 20s with brown skin with poofy twisty hair. Clearly was a black American but was not full black.

The fact that you remembered the football players and they turned out to be real is some evidence that you transported your consciousness to another person on this (or another) Earth. I'm no expert but I think people and objects in dreams tend to be symbolic rather than literal. They represent something in your life that you're avoiding thinking about or something. That said, I've had lucid dreams where I've been able to materialise people and items in front of me by thinking about them, so they can't have been symbolic representations.I had a dream like yours once, that felt unlike other dreams. I was an American man in a small sea park in the USA (I'm British). We were on a metal walkway bridge over a shark tank, so visitors could look down at the sharks. I don't remember it very clearly any more, but there was a lot of overweight people on the walkway. It broke, dropping all of us into the shark tank. There was chaos, panic, shouting and screaming, but I remember we all eventually got out safe. Years later, I heard about the exact same incident happening over in America, in Georgia I think. I don't know if my dream was prophetic, but it was from the POV of one of the visitors who fell in, just like your dream was from another's POV.

Most of the football players mentioned had connections to the state of Texas, but the mention of Josh Allen and the Bills means the person who he was dreaming about could live in upstate/western new york

I just woke up, and I cant go back to sleep. I had another dream of Matt. This was very mundane as well. It was just him watching basketball. OKC vs DAL according to the TV. I dont watch basketball so i cannot tell you much about it. I also was in his POV eating dinner. Quite pathetic really frosted flakes and some bread. I had an experience like this too actually. I’m American, but had a dream where I was in Russia and speaking Russian with some people by a small creek. We had just picked some mushrooms and were cooking them on a fire. It was autumn in the dream and the trees were turning red. The buddy I was with had long hair and ponytail and a goatee. Yeah it's a normal thing for those who are accustomed to using cognitive perception to "see through the eyes of others".The big puzzle is in understanding how and why the cognitive attachment is occurring between individual humans.. or whatever type of creature you are seeing through.
