Whatever you believe in. When you get disconnected from the physical you are left with your own self-reflection. If your self-reflection is pain and misery, thats what you will get. You have to options when you die, cling to your human self-reflection or die a second time and shatter it to enter direct perception. Warning, you will lose all that you were when you die a second time. You won't be able to relate to your past or human self anymore, because the thing that allowed you to do so will no longer exist.
