i keep having dream experiences with unseen beings/forces touching metheres nothing visual going on at this time, everything is just completely black. often the touches are moderately painful other times it just feels like pressure being applied to me and its uncomfortable.the most recent time i could make out voices, kind of like 2 or more spirits swirling around me and talking but it was hard to hear exactly what was being said although i recognized it as english, i might have heard my name. my attempts to try and have a conversation weren't successful.im lucid during these experiences so im aware that im just dreaming so ive tried various methods to stop them including imagining a white protecting light surrounding me, asking jesus to help me, or just fighting them off physically. nothing seems to work they are too powerful so my only options are just be still and let them do what they want - but its not pleasant and i usually cant bear it for very long, or force myself awake.just wondering if anyone else goes through this, it happens very frequently. its not a big deal, just weird.

I was dreaming, don't recall about what, but it ended and just as it did and I was "awake" or at least lucid, an angry evil face came flying in on top of me staring at me face to face. There was a very brief wtf moment, but I automatically stayed calm and just stared it down and watched it dissolve like smoke and disappear into the dark. At the same time I was surprised that I stayed so calm like it was the natural thing to do and didn't freak out.

>>43135374I had a dream a couple of months back where a shadow person was in my bedroom, but I couldn't tell if it was my bedroom in the dream or if I temporarily was having an OBE, but the shadow entity (very similar to pic related dark smoky cloudy humanoid, maybe tiny beady eyes?) was giving off a very negative energy and reached it's arms out and approached me like it was trying to either harm me or get something out of me. I remember my fight or flight instincts kicked in and I darted up to the shadow bastard and grabbed him by the nape of his neck and slammed my fist as hard as I mentally could into his face. I don't know if me having this form of personal control was intentional or not, because I know a lot of people in OBE/sleep paralysis have loss of bodily control/awareness, but I remember the negative energy being directed at me was suddenly cut off and the shadow figure realized I wasn't scared of him and I suddenly remember jolting awake like a failsafe had just been triggered. I think about that still sometimes. Honestly if the guy wasn't trying to freak me out for loosh or chi or whatever at 3 in the morning, I'd probably react differently.
Sometimes the dream is real.. and you have much to learn
