how can one overcome the fear of the unknown? it's very bizarre because it's a fear of something but i don't know what, it feels like I'm afraid of some sort of energy which might negatively manipulate mine, it's irrational, That fear is what kept me from falling into a state of whatever it's called when you meditate before sleep, what happened was i used binaural beats to just let go and fall asleep and i got to a point where everything in front of my closed eyes started moving, and my body started vibrating and kind of warmed up, but i was genuinely awake in the sense that i could manually move my eyes as if i were awake and so this lasted for a couple seconds but i started getting cold sweats and that irrational fear swelled up insanely fast and i was "forced" to open my eyes and snap out of it, It felt similar to how you feel when you're really drunk where the world feels as if its moving around you, or how you feel when you have an extremely high fever, that you're "there" but also "somewhere" else, I already wrote about this in the recently archived LoA thread, what do you guys think? what causes this fear and how can i simply kill it
