Is this true? Can evil be good?
Bro got so tired of everyone calling him evil he internalised it, and now promotes it as a lifestyle. Many such cases.
>What is evil is ackchually goodAnd we're supposed to believe this man is a philosopher
>>43132902doubt
>>43132902He’s tryna justify being evil and all he’s doing is exposing the fact that he’s a horrible, sh!t person and probably a prick in real life. Imagine telling your 3 year old daughter or niece that. Smh. That’s who runs your world.
everything they say is an inversion of reality
His angle is a little retarded. Though, you could argue that being objectively good is quite impossible. A good deed can lead into terrible outcomes. Giving money to a bum can lead into OD and death. You also can't love people without consent because that is rape. You can think of many ways to be evil, like knocking a random persons teeth in for no reason. There really isn't any way to compensate something like that to balance it out. I guess the difficulty of being good is that you have to do a million little good deeds to balance the bad.
>>43133792That’s the whole problem, he has an angle. It doesn’t matter what the money you gave to a bum leads to. If a bum needs money and you have it, you give it to em. You did your part, the part you’ll have to answer for. He’ll have to answer for his own overdose. Unless you put the needle in his arm and make him do It. Thats his business. If someone needs, you give.
>>43133792I wouldn’t care if they took the money and bought a knife or a gun and killed someone. If someone is in need, you give. Even the bible says, “Give To The Beggar.”
>>43132902Evil isn’t real. It’s an illusion that teaches people the meaning of Good. The only reason we have evil is because the earth has Duality. Duality teaches humans right from wrong. When you die, there will be no more duality. There will only be Good. You have to be born and come to earth as a human in 3D to experience evil and learn what it is which is part of what we are all doing here.
>>43133839funny how the jews created a gentile cult that tells you to love your enemies and follow the laws of a noahide slavewhat an odd thing to do
>>43133864I give the bum money simply because if I were in that position I would it if someone did that for me. I hate that people need the fear of eternal damnation to let go of a dollar or two
>>43132902Evil is evil.Good is good.Good is not evil.Evil is not good.Good will defeat evil.
>>43133864you have the intelligence of a guinea pig. I'm not even Christian, but I can tell the wisdom of those maxims in the right context. You sound like a redditor instead
>>43132902dude thinks being evil means being a focused, organized. In reality ordinary evil person is a fucking tweaker that will stab you for 100 bucks, or your malevolent coworker that will throw you under the bus at first chance he/she gets. All Thiel said is that he has no grip on reality 99% of people live in
>>43134230you're not turning the other cheekguess you're going to hell
>>43134277yeah, that's not what "turning the other cheek" means, retard. When the bankers were disrespecting the temple, Christ whipped them and turned their tables. I guess he didn't turn the other cheek either, huh?
>>43132902No. You can be evil and competent or intelligent, but you're not competent and intelligent _because_ you are evil, those are separate characteristics. It's obviously better and more virtuous to be good, and competent. It's even better to be good but incompetent, stupid, ugly, and poor, than to be evil but competent, intelligent, good looking and rich. Being evil will just eventually bring you bad karma and suffering, the extent of which depends on the severity of your actions. Also, being good shows that you are actually in a higher state of being and have more wisdom, as well as connection to nature, others, God, spirituality, etc. Evil can only go so far and accomplish so much before it collapses on itself and destroys itself, and the evil doers suffer from their bad karma. Peter Thiel is basically an evil person who is attempting to justify his own evil and create a philosophy and model of thinking to explain and justify it, although it's clearly wrong and futile; and he's trying to "recruit" more people to think like him and give him support. He is doomed, and will suffer bad karma for a very long time.
>evilnigger doesn't even define evil at a fundamental operating principle.evil seeks to manipulate the free will given to creators to create a world worse off through coin and ideology; life/nature/man is inherently good. evil seeks to taint the world our energy transforms through.evil = lies, deception, imbalance, inversion, minus-sum, zero-sumgood = truth, verifiable fact, balance, plus-sumuniverse only values the truth. you can't lie your way juden, masons, or the bankers, you are the virus, all creation knows of the abrahamic judeo masonic banker/money creators zero-sum, negative-sum, ideological and spiritual virus.
>>43132902that's a very poor rationalization lol and it shows how cheaply the human mind is bought off by its own ego
I too have smoked weed before, Pete.
>>43134216I tell them to fuck off and die in the gutter xDHopefully it motivates them to stop being disgusting leeches
>>43132902Being evil makes you get things done easily, yes. Why? Because you impose your will, you don't have to listen to the feedback of others, etc. Evil has no concern for morality, is this good? Is this right? Will this affect society negatively? Evil does not care. This is why being evil is easier in this sense. Try doing things properly. Try respecting the laws and the procedures and shit. It is harder! It required more energy and shit. People fight! Being good is so hard because it drains us so quickly. If you are good at something, but you don't want to be friends with the sheep then they most definitely will see that you are capable, but they will most definitely label you as evil or something.
>>43134229>Good will defeat evil.72 more hours.
Imagine trying to work as a used land real estate salesman for a world you didn't build, did not understand, and did not own, for a planet far out in the backwater boondocks of a random spiral arm, far, far away from all of the action in the galactic central core. Bro.....Evil is just lazy....
>>43132902>peter thinks he's virtuous because he's openly gay and not closeted like his evil friendshttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rpU51S26hrA&ra=m
>>43133744ThisWe live in a world full of inversion. Is medical science still curing diseases ? euthanasy. Is art still beautifull ? contemporary art.Does education still educate ?etc etc etc...Now they don't even care to make it subtil, they go straight go for "evil is good"
>>43132902He's confusing a question of competency or effectiveness with a judgement of value.
>>43132902>If you are evil you are at least competentlol>And if you're evil you're not badlmao>Getting things done = goodWhat kind of pippul cope is this bullshit? Is this what modern Freemasons think "going beyond good and evil" is all about? Still being an evil asshole but at least you are making a million dollars a month?
>>43132902Evil is the way of the world, it's a fact of life. What works will exist, what doesn't will die off. Nature follows the law of "get the most resources for the least effort", and this often beats lifeforms from all sides into a parasitic niche. The guys who speak like the guys in OP aren't philosophers, they are parasites that were coincidentally born to be parasites, spouting parasitic drivel to get you to be ok with parasitism, because that's what their instincts demand they do. If we want to get into schizo (/x/) territory, they were probably strategically planted on Earth just to kick down any sandcastles people try to build.
>>43132902one does not Choose a lesser evil, they are forced to accept it by a greater evil.
>>43132902He is a deluded man. He serves Ahriman. He probably hates propane and propane accessories. Don’t listen to him kiddo.
>>43132902Most people can't define what evil is.Once you do a deepdive and strip away all the platitudes and programming (religious, emotional, social, etc), you will realize that "good vs evil" boils down to "continuation vs cessation". Therefore withing social consensus life is the pinnacle of good (cos to live means to continue) and death is the pinnacle of evil (cos it is the final observable cessation on an individual level). Moreover, given the masonic origins of modern english, the word EVIL itself is an obvious anagram - it's to LIVE reversed. Which should answer all the questions,So yeah, Thiel is right - sometimes things (including life itself) need to be terminated despite it being perceived as evil. Being anti-life (anti-continuation/anti-existence) doesn't necessarily make one a "bad person" in some fundamental sense.
>>43134743>If you are good at something, but you don't want to be friends with the sheep then they most definitely will see that you are capable, but they will most definitely label you as evil or something.Being perceived as evil does not equal being evil. Desert monks taught to accept being despised. That does not mean they argued in favor of evil.
>>43135140That is not what Thiel is talking about. Again that's being perceived as evil. Which is not the same as being evil. Thiel is arguing for evil. He should be able to hurt, oppress, kill at will, because if works in his favor, of because it amuses him or gets his dick hard or whatever. Not the same as killing for a purpose.
>>43135287To add to this, killing for a positive purpose can be a good thing. For instance killing evil people.
>>43135287>>43135295So, by "evil" you basically mean "immoral", right?I'm pedantic about this, because honestly I'm so tired of vague buzzwords being thrown around. "Evil" is one of them.
>>43134743Being good will accomplish much more in the long run, and your conscious will be clean and you will feel good overall. If you are evil, people will catch on to what you're doing, and you will be punished and shunned, and basically will lose everything you have gained and will have to start over. Also, people will not label you as evil if you are good at something, they will label you as evil if they observe that you are doing evil things or sense that you are evil.
And once again: modern english was designed as a tool for ritualistic magic. A lot of words are anagrams or codes. "Evil" is a good example thereof. Think about how and why it is the reverse of "Live". No other language has this. In most others the word which translates to "evil" typically refers to anger or mean-spiritedness.So think. Think.
>>43132902Idiotic reasoning... each of his statements is false and it's very easy to show they are false.>If you're evil, you're at least competentNo, being evil does not make you automatically competent, nor does being good... Those are two separate concepts (good and evil vs. competence/ability).>And if you're evil, you're not bad.Yes... you are bad. That is literally the definition of evil.>Maybe you're actually kind of good because at least you're getting something doneAs in the disproof of the first statement, being evil does not necessarily mean you are competent and getting something done. And getting something done doesn't nullify your evil. So, not only is Peter Thiel evil, he is not even reasoning well...
Let's talk doing something about it. This is /x/, there are many wizards and hermetics here. Let's mutate their bodies! Make (((them))) more repositories for our powers out of their bodies and energies! Take planetary ill will out against them!
>>43135309I think to be evil you need to be aggressively anti-human for the achievements of your own selfish goals and interests.Morality itself is too vague.
>>43135377>That is literally the definition of evil. The definition of evil is being bad?So, being bad at something means being evil? Or just some particular modicum of "bad"? And what is the ultimate fundamental "bad" in any case?Again, most of you people don't think - you are completely driven by emotional responses. You throw the word "evil" around, basically meaning "uhhmm hurting others... uhmm and being selfish or sumthn... also like not believing in god n sheeit".You never bother to stop and think about the words you're using nor the meaning nor origins of those words for once. You are effectively the definitions of "NPC" - operating within the linguistic structure you've been brought up in and automatically wrapping your raw emotions in it, without any attempt at self-reflection. All the while thinking you're "immune to psyops", lol. Meanwhile in actuality your entire thought process was molded within a psyop.>>43135470>to be evil you need to be aggressively anti-humanAnd what defines a human? The body? The mind? The soul? And what actions would count as being "anti-" that? Where's the metric? Is killing a bunch of humans you disagree with anti-human and hence evil? What about killing a bunch of humans you perceive as "evil"? Do "evil" people perceive themselves as "evil"? Who decides what counts as "evil"? Who decides what is sufficiently "anti-human" to be considered "evil"?For example, if I want to transcend the human body, does it make me anti-human and therefore evil? If I wouldn't be against ending humanity as a biological species out of compassion for their suffering, does it make me such? If I transform myself in ways that are incompatible with or inconceivable by an average human, does it make me such?>Morality itself is too vague. It is. And yet all the talks of "good vs evil" boil down to whatever the current social consensus (aka morality) gravitates to.
>>43135470Would pro-population control control! Peter Thiel is in favor of thinning the herd. I think anytime you're anti-human that way but you don't count yourself among the purged you're expressing an evil sentiment.Anyway we should focus ourselves more with performing magic against them. This is the very paranormal board, surely our beliefs include that the metaphysical can interact with the mortal flesh. Let's ALTER our enemies, change them! It is possible, it's been done before, it's happening right now! Why debate philosophy when action is available?
>>43132902Consider how very strong antibiotics work. Taken normally and regularly they could disrupt your body to the point of killing you or at the very least make you more susceptible to even worse disease in the future but used correctly they can also save your life when everything else fails.
>>43134879Do you now understand why you should run the fuck away from righteousness, benevolence and virtue?
>>43135470to do evil you essentially have to destroy a lot for everyone else, to gain very little for yourself. the more you destroy the more evil, including destroying that which could exist in the future. note that because of the laws of this universe it really isn't possible to destroy something to gain an equal amount, you always cause more damage than what you recover. consumption with no growth, that's evil.
>>43135032Evolution of anything complex would not be possible if there wasn't a slight positive bias after summing everything up. Thiel is just a member of a cannibalistic subspecies that arose as a consequence of conquering our earlier enemy, which was wild beasts and weather. That act ended, and a new one began, with a new enemy. Which makes you wonder, who will the next enemy be? If it is a pattern that to defeat a monster you need to continue building even bigger monsters, what is the monster we will build to defeat this one, and how does it turn on us?
>>43132902>evil is good ackshuallyTalmudic.
>>43135650to do harm, with intent, for nothing but the pleasure of itperhaps it's as simple as thateverything else is subjective
So the guy who made Daisy's Destruction is actually not that bad because at least he got something done? Am I getting that right?
>>43132902evil from a business/power leverage to gain an advantage perspective or just petty abuses and exploitation of innocent people kind of evil?
>>43136366No. It's easy to argue subjectivity when it comes to absolute evil. But that sets the bar too high. I do think as a species there is consensus on morality that is 100% intuitive for a healthy person.
>>43136390First we build a wall. This represents our glorious civilization. Now we just throw shit at it.That's all we're doing here.
>>43136396https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3mw49mk_x0
>>43136396What else would you have us do.
>>43134240I mean, I agree that I prefer it when people act intentionally, because usually then they'll have some sort of plan and the sense not to fuck it up. Whereas that tweaker is acting out of pure chaotic urges and any crazy thing could happen when you are around them. I don't think comparing this intentionality with good or evil is quite hitting the mark though.
>can evil be goodopposites are NEVER on the same sideperceptive withstanding
Here's the interview.https://aletteraday.substack.com/p/letter-345-peter-thiel-and-mathias>Peter Thiel: Yeah, so I’m going to get in trouble for what I’m about to say, but I think we moralize way too much. There’s always a question I like to ask: what is the antonym of good? The moral antonym is evil. The functional antonym is bad. A Ferrari is an evil car because it doesn’t get many miles per gallon. A Trabby is a bad car. It works, it’s less good than a Golf car, you know, the former East German car. And so, if you’re evil, you’re at least competent. And if you’re evil, you’re not bad. And therefore, you’re actually maybe you’re actually kind of good, because you’re at least getting something done.>In the Faust books of Marlowe versus Goethe, in Marlowe’s Faust, that was the 16th century Faust story, Faust is a fake scientist. He’s sort of like a magician, a fake alchemist, and it’s bad science. And he goes straight to hell. In Goethe’s Faust, he has a pact with the devil, and he sort of gets his knowledge by morally dubious means, but it always works out more for the best. Goethe’s Faust gets redeemed. I think it’s better to be good than evil. I want to be very clear. But perhaps, I prefer Goethe’s Faust to Marlowe’s Faust. The moral question in our society is, we have all these good versus evil debates, and we’re just full of badness. Most of the time, those things are not even evil, they’re not even good, they’re just merely bad. If you’re in a world where 99% of the businesses, companies, people, political leaders, business leaders are totally incompetent, that’s the problem we should actually be talking about.Well that cleared that up.
>>43133792In the Bible Paul says that literally no one does good. Not one person. You can get close, but we all fall here and there.
>>43132902You cant serve to masters.
>>43136489two I mean, bruh, fuck captcha man
>>43136451Again, he is shitting up the entire conversation by using the term "good."Go back through that, and think about how every time he uses the word "good" he should be using the terms "competent" or "desired."Evil can be competent.Evil is never desired, thats kind of the definition of evil. Something so undesired that you and others should be motivated to remove it, instead of just reject it.If you desire it, you dont see it as evil.
Thiel is a cuck compared to based Bill Gates (#1 ON WORLD TND LEADERBOARD)
>>43135527I don't mean being bad at something, I just mean being evil, which means not following morals, not caring about other people and if you hurt them or not, not treating others as you wish to be treated (the golden rule). I have reflected on these ideas and others, I am not an NPC, you have misunderstood me. Thiel's reasoning is shallow and illogical, it's nonsense, and actually he is trying to push a psyop onto people. You should not follow him.>>43135633You shouldn't run away from those things at all, you should pursue them. How you treat others will be how life and the universe treats you (law of mirroring).
>>43132902The fuck is this retarded childish ten-year old rhetoric
>>43138491Facts. Very easy to see through it, for someone with an average intelligence.
>>43138506Seeing through it doesn't help though. We see these retarded pigs on our screens becoming more and more retarded every day and all we can do is stare in disbelief. When do we reach critical mass? Is there going to be a point where enough people realize that this shit can't be real, for the simple reason that it's too retarded? I mean what the fuck man. It's enough. It's starting to get painful. The POTUS talked about Nicki Minaj's ass the other day. This shit isn't real anymore and if enough people point this out something might change.
>>43138613I know what you mean, the world has gotten kind of crazy and volatile these days. Maybe the most effective things to do are to control our own consciousness and state of mind, and also to give energy and support into things we want in the world, rather than fighting what we don't want.
>>43134753you see creation is inherently good, that why it doesn't fight because it has won, evil only dooms itself
>>43132902no you absolute midwit
>being busy is goodThat's just cope for people that cant sit for 5mins alone.
>>43132902It can be I call it Abstract evil, kek. After all good and evil are just human concepts fueled by emotions.
