After 5 months from most depressing of my life of pursuing astral projection I had 6 OOBEs where none of them have been good experiences.
The ultimate goal of mine is reality shifting into dimension of my destination precisely with astral projection.
I finally know what has been the problem.

I am preparing a guide of all experience I had and for it to be the most tl:dr guide while encompassing most information and acknowledgement of variables each one individual's body can have (I am actually extremely special in my regards of OOBE achievement for example that my personal method are practically nowhere due to me being unable to have sleep paralysis).

I unfortunately come into a conclusion of how a little intent that may seem insignificant can literally block you for 5 fucking months in such diseased reality this fucking one is.

For some reason Ishtar appeared out of nowhere in a dream and sort of hijacked it, depicting a military attack on fucking Qatar of all places. This was months before Iran initially hit them, prior was generally accepted as a joke of a premise. Even the location depicted in the dream was nearby one of the few impact sites. Something worth noting is that it was extremely realistic where I never have realistic dreams, it depicted one of my windows shattering where I did find a window with a new crack in the aftermath. Well, the way the dream started was weird. Apparently I was reading a book I really shouldn't have had about blackbudget government programs, entered a chapter regarding occultism, then the series of events above quickly happened.

For the past year, I've been doing focused monthly viewings with high accuracy. On random days, I get flashes of visions or words that don't make sense in the moment. Often I'll have immense de ja vu moments that I predicted. Is weird, like eventually I'll create a cool mech game, that's not crazy to guess, but my mind already knows what it looks like. "Reality consensus" really is a much different thing and won't cockblock your astral projection like I thought it would.

Infact I was on so much despair I was falling into an even worse psyop where this entire reality is a "punishment version" of consciousness past the temporal scale, each one of us being the version of our consciousness across the dimensions where we embody and suffer of the flaws of other us. So that when I was trying to make a guide for here with verified astral projection evidence, I would be literally dimensionally disallowed to do so because I would interfere with each on of yours "punishment"..
If you thought like this then you were getting psyopped and still are.
Because day after I was on the verge of astral projection again through daytime self-hypnosis. So much so was for "cross-dimensional punishment". I know my states best and the only thing keeping me from OOBE right now is external energetic influence which can be overcome with persistance.

Cannot help on that subject. Since years I had no dreams to really weak and shallow dreams.

I had my first OOBEs before I even began dreaming lately. And I learned it from other threads but Wim Hof's breathing can decalcify your pineal gland if you want more vivid dreams.

On the nature of the question though.. it's two different things in experience even if from the same root to just dream and even have lucid dreams or strip away the dream to astral project from the dream.
Lucid dreaming is internal mind palace, astral projection is accessing the megaserver of consciousnesses like this world is in a way as well.
Each human is a separate consciousness but the fabric of reality itself is nothing but a shared dream obeying strict laws like game rules laws for example, most important one being "law of conservation of matter" which gives meaning to things on the smallest level even considering when you can conjure things they lose all value other than one you give it personally.

Oh it absolutely can be done. Psi, pre-cog and bi location are side effects of that experience. There are many that have reached the early to late stages of enlightenment. Many of them are here including myself, some of my friends and some I have yet to meet.

I discovered my own path intuitionally. I realized later after reading the ancient texts that I was jumping to the late stage of merkavah activation (crown) where the body physically vibrates, and you can accomplish much during this state.

Salty mystics will say it takes years of kabbalah practice, but it certainly does not. You simply follow the instructions of the "essene jesus" and the body -> mind -> spirit path. I've described it over the years in online forums. Here and elsewhere.

We've trained people that became extraordinary, born from the view that they were simple and nothing special. The excitement around psi and paranormal shouldn't be the focus. It is a side effect of becoming a true human being.
