If it's pixelated, drop it. Bonus points for scenery.Dropping my collection. I'm a big fan of old point and click adventure games like King's Quest, and Fallout, so any backgrounds/scenery from those games you wanna share is very welcome, even kid's stuff like PuttPutt and Pajama Sam.

last one. doesn't completely fit the theme but eh
>>8102060All these landscape arts to an extent, and this specific image in particular, really give me HoMM2 vibes. I like them.
source: https://pixeljoint.com/pixelart/154062.htmbtw, a good way to upscale images from that site (they're all .gif) is dropping them in PaintDotNet and selecting nearest neighbour in the options
>>8102125 (me)>they're all .gifcorrection: there are also .png images, but the rest still applies
>>8102125awesome. thanks much
>>8102051thank you
Hi /wgI know that ins't the right place but stil would like to ask:Do you guys know a good site that has pixel art focused wallpaper/images?
>>8110882
>>8110883this is so good
taken from the cave story .svg that was on the site a while ago
>>8102053Using this one. Thank you, Anon.
>>8102051Ahoy makes cool videos but his Four Byte Burger recreation wasn't particularly accurate. This rando on twitter made a much better version and pointed out a lot of the flaws in Ahoy's approach, (some of which seem baffling and borderline objective mistakes)https://x.com/senn_twt/status/1670246393095639041

Anyone have an easy way to apply CRT filters to these?
>>8115476>but his Four Byte Burger recreation wasn't particularly accurate. That's your opinion, but according to the pinned post on Ahoy's video, Jack Haeger (the original artist of 4-byte burger) himself stated that he felt that Ahoy "got everything RIGHT!"; and I'd rather trust the opinion of the original artist of the piece over some OCD rando on twitter.
Bit hard to do given the resolution limit. Unless if you upscale them, at which point they lose their value.
>>8114086Taking this with me, thanks.
Hi frens nothing to contribute sadly because I recently had to wipe my entire PC. Does anyone have some city/japan/hk/cyberpunk night time type pixel art papes? such as:>>8103953>>8102246>>8102245>>8118848ty
>>8102072Holy shit, thanks anon for posting this. I've been looking for it since 2020 after my pc's hard drive became corrupted and lost a bunch of files

>>8116443You shouldn't blindly trust peoples opinions, if the original author said anything else but praise he'd be painted as an asshole.
>>8147289to be fair if the original artist had held any other opinion on Ahoy's recreation of the piece he probably would have kept it to himself, so I think I'll go ahead and trust the original artists opinion on this one... especially because Jack wasn't just talking about the quality of Ahoy's work, but also Ahoy's guesses as to the methods Jack himself used to create the original image back in the day.
