What's the secret to getting dedicated fanartists? Is there one, or is it simply luck of the draw?
>>115942872pretty much all luck of the draw, even in high fan art communities outside massive chuubas 90% of the fanart is getting done/commissioned by 1-5 people, best you can do is actively encourage and be enthusiastic about people who do it and hope they do more, actively asking for it is usually a detriment though
