Kobo is a weird one. I've watched a couple of her streams and she actually does act like a child. Not in the "teehee look i'm a loli" sort of way. She has weird inconsistant volume with her voice, she's routinely act rude and interrupt people and she'll make these odd, random noises every so often. She constantly and easily gets distracted and her ESL just makes her seem more infantile. It's like she's actually, unironically a first grade girl mentally.
