I'd strongly recommend she take the time to backup her stream settings and other essentials before going further with troubleshooting stuff, it is very easy to accidentally wipe stuff with some more aggressive steps without meaning to.

I just read that Bismuth Subsalicylate can be helpful to rid/while ridding the stomach ulcer bacteria. I don't know if it's only helpful when paired with the medicine Kiki is currently taking, or if it can be good by itself. Although, obviously the medicine is already being taken, so Bismuth Subsalicylate may as well be taken too, unless she can't. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere already, but it's my first time reading it.
