OP Suggestions Anchor
I've been following this chuuba who hasn't done any streams yet, just some shorts, named Albatoripom. She's a Japanese streamer who wants to become an EN vtuber, has a baby albatross model.
English Speaking JP vtubers anchor. Reply with Japanese vtubers you know who stream in English so we can curate a list for.https://vt.rita.moe/
>>115907483Oh yeah, I remember someone posting this at one point.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iviYtLbDBa8

Henya wonders if the virtual boy was something people commonly owned in the past.
>>115907475>>115907529DOSU!Name: FeltiContent Style: Art and Karaoke mainlyBrief Description: A quite cheerful Japanese older woman who has a decent grasp on English and often speaks it but is more comfortable speaking Japanese. If she doesn't understand what chat is saying or if she doesn't know how to translate her thoughts into English, she tends to use online translation with a bot to say what she means. Still she is extremely cute, in an endearing ESL sort of way, and has an infectious energy that makes watching her extremely enjoyable. Link: https://www.twitch.tv/ifeltieyeld?sr=a
>>115907800Cute, I skimmed through one of her VODs and you're right she does seem to have a lot of playful energy. Reminds me a little of Zoe Apple who also has a lot of energy.https://www.twitch.tv/zoe_apple
>>115907997I'll check her out. She seems a lot more confident in her English. She also has a similar energy. Thanks for the rec.
What makes you guys like watching EN speaking JP vtubers? For me I think I like teaching them new words, and I like seeing them try to understand English culture and the funny misunderstandings that ensue. I remember Peo being really surprised one time because she learned the Japanese word for hoodie (paakaa) is taken from the English word (parka) and in English it means a heavy duty winter coat.
I love Momo!https://www.youtube.com/live/iCrjRsA0DOc?is=NfDYSwEuDQlMaI68
>>115907529Momo ShirahaYukinoshita Peo(The other vtubers I watch all speak Japanese only)
>>115908256For me it's more about how those chuubas are excited to talk in English and that they don't get discourage by mistakes. Its just their enthusiasm for learning makes them charming.
>>115908256They are nicer to their fans and have a better work ethic than most native EN speaking chuubas.
>>115908362I also watch some pure JPs for immersion. But I'm still too low level to get a super lot of out of them. I think one of the reasons Peo is nice for me, is that she still regularly mixes in some common Japanese words. So I can get a little bit a practice in after doing my anki and bunpro reps without getting mentally overloaded. Japanese vtubers who have the dual English and Japanese automatic captions are the best for me. Probably watching their VODs on YouTube with Language Reactor would be more ideal, but I have a hard time getting into VODs.
>>115908447Peo and Momo are both very kind so I'd have to agree with you here anon.
>>115908775
>>115908861Peo is so based.
Nekonehttps://www.twitch.tv/nekonevtuber
FNAF 2 today.
>>115907529nekone
Shining watchalong soon!https://www.youtube.com/live/iCrjRsA0DOc?is=PPE1dOemlN9rh8Vg
Neko learning the word snot.
>>115911096Has she learned any swears? Momo's swearing is the cutest thing ever so I'm a sucker for Japanese women swearing in English
>>115911161Did she just swear in Spanish?
>>115911155Yes lol.https://www.youtube.com/shorts/52jtLWw-AIo
>>115911192Chat basically just teaches her everything and she turns it into shorts.
It seems like all Japanese people always learn the British pronunciation for the letter Z. Both Nekone and Peo call Z "zed" instead of "zee"
>>115911244I should teach Momo local Northern Ireland slang
Neko's Halloween dress.
She started singing mask off while panicking and playing FNAF 2. Then she screamed super loud and died.
>>115907800Felti is live and is finishing up her art. However, she isn't speaking... Link: https://www.twitch.tv/ifeltieyeld?sr=a
Peo's playing a multi-player pumpkin carving game you can join.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShTbqUTn3pU
>>115913733Does she do silent streams pretty often?
>>115914738Started watching cuz Momo just finished, Peo is such a sweetheart!
>>115915858(me)Also I'm noticing a lot of Momodachi are also Peonistas and that makes me very happy to see.
Besides just being newer, I feel like Momo is just a younger version of Peo. So now when I look at Peo, all I see is a hag. Also, Peo's English is far better than Momo's making her less cute now.
>>115907437Those are fun
>>115907529Surprised nobody has mentioned Tetel yethttps://www.youtube.com/@Tetel_flow/
>>115914764She does them sometimes but her streams usually her with a mic.
