Black Mask's dual dagger throw ability doesn't have any base damage, it's entirely dependent on scaling, weird
I've been trying out Slaughterer masteries on the singular playable unit that can use them. They aren't particularly outstanding and full slaughterer/marauder builds don't do much and the stat bonus from Battle Royal isn't worth it. It is strange how many enemy Slaughterers there are but no real playable Slaughterer when Marauder/Slaughterer masteries would be much more effective on playable units with benefits for obtaining items and killing lots of units. One build I tried was a bleed chain kill build similar to what Great Swordsman can pull off. I was hoping to use Dismember with Bloodbath to mimic the Cartharsis + OSOK combo, but without the bonus bladestorm chance from GS masteries, it doesn't really work unless you get very lucky. You'll have to preemptively apply bleed to a bunch of enemies before you can get to chainkilling them, so it's strictly worse than Great Swordsman.Slaughterer masteries do have some interesting interaction with the other ones mungos have access to, though. Blood Rampage is -10 AT everyone bleed is inflicted when combined with Joyful Mungo, then Bloody Beast gives -10 AT for attacking bleeding enemies. Fresh Meat and its sets are at odds with Predator, which gives more consistent healing without the need for multiple sets, so if you just want heals on kills, Predator is better. The one Slaughterer-specific set that really sticks out to me is Battle Royal just for the fact that it makes Quick Grasp give -10 AT instead of -5 for each activation. Despite nearly every other mungo having Quick Grasp, White Mask doesn't have it by default, strangely enough. The most effective build I've come up with so far uses Sen no Sen unsurprisingly. Slaughterers inherently get -20 AT on kill and the Guillotine set gives another -10, this -30 AT whenever Sen no Sen gets a kill results in a lot of turns, and gives a full AT refund for counterattack activation, which goes well with Undefeated too. This can quickly solo groups of enemies.
>>2495084Slaughterers were designed to be jobbers.
>>2495133take that back right now
>>2495084>Despite nearly every other mungo having Quick Grasp, White Mask doesn't have it by default, strangely enough.Quick Grasp was -10 by default when Mungos first came out. They changed it to -5 as one of the first nerfs to them and added that set so Red Sand Slaughterers could keep the -10.

I'm feeling the effects of our influence on the Europe server's pvp scene. I've got endgame teams on all the non-China servers, and EU by far has the hardest joint drills on average these days. An absolute inversion of how it used to be, and a lot of those teams aren't even ours. Just people who've fought our builds and minmaxed in response.
Also, I forgot to mention but I think White Knight is starting to become a lot more popular. The class split these days is nowhere near the Barbarian supermajority it used to be, it's more like 50/50, or possibly even in White Knight's favour.
>>2496362Her main menu CG was one of the first ones I saw so I was waiting for her to join the entire game
>>2497725I didn't know enough people regularly play against player teams PvE for there to be that much of an effect. It makes sense I suppose, since there's not really anywhere to share builds for most players outside of trooncord servers, CPU player teams is just the best way to see other people's end-game builds in action and learn from them.>>2497729I personally switched completely to WK a while ago since barbarian is just boring to use, I could see some other long-time players doing the same thing just to keep things interesting.
>>2492772Just bought this game on the sale. What am I in for?
>>2499418It's like Xcom 2 meets Final Fantasy Tactics. There's a very in-depth build system for characters with lots of options to choose from. The game is a bit slow at the beginning though, you'll have to play for maybe 10-20 hours before it opens up and you can actually engage with a lot of the mechanics. It's worth it if you really like TRPG gameplay though.

>>2499593I have it on a few Giselle builds but that's just for fun.Irene can get some use out of it with her overcharge against super tanky targets, and it's also got a niche pvp use for not getting 999'd by Leton's kick overcharge.
>>2499599Idk why Irene gets AT cucked so hard compared to other characters. By end game she always bottom fragged the damage charts because everyone else took twice as many turns as her.
>>2499600No immunity to AT delay + high cast delays. If she's bottom scoring for damage it's a build issue though.

>>2499856Somewhere out there is a universe where Dandy didn't do that nerf and as a result Schild would have been immortal without a minmaxed damage build.
>>2499871Even after all those nerfs it still took me like 45 minutes to whittle down a Schild destron in CC HR/HR joint drill one time.I do like that the Schild doesn't have a Damage Absorbing though, so if someone could deal enough damage then it could be one-shot from full health. Sion could probably do it.
>>2499876It does have Damage Absorbing. I've had a Battlemage Sion that could have theoretically one-shot it with a non-crit triple kick before were it not for that.

Are we doing a PvP tournament again at the end of the year? I know it was mentioned last thread but I dunno if there's going to be enough players this time since the thread seems slower and it didn't seem like there was much interest earlier this year. I guess if we really need more players we can ask on the Steam forums or in trooncords.Anyone who wants to participate but doesn't have an end-game company on the EU server should start leveling their team now, it can take a few months to clear the main story.
On the Angry Barrel Street mungo mission it looks like you can see the entrance to the parking garage side mission location
Would you say this game is hard?
>>2500336The difficulty is inconsistent through the base game. Early on some missions will be pretty tough and there's a couple with overleveled enemies that you aren't expected to kill. The difficulty evens out through the mid to late game with some spikes when new enemy types are introduced, but it's nothing too difficulty as long as you're updating mastery boards and gear and actually using tactics, most of the pain is just the sheer amount of enemies in some levels which turns it into attritional horde defense. The DLC are definitely quite difficult though, and that's by design. Dandylion designed the main enemy factions in the DLC to fuck over specific playstyles and certain enemies are essentially end-game bosses. Most players will have to grind a bit, start running some meta stuff in their builds, and play a lot more tactically to finish the DLC story missions. So generally yes, I would say the game is somewhat hard, especially if you're going for a full playthrough, but it's not equally hard all the way through.
>>2500336I'd say it's medium-hard, like on a scale of 0 to 10 where 0 is impossible to lose, 5 is challenging but beatable on the first attempt and 10 is fucking bullshit, it probably sits at about a 6.5 to 7.
Hey that's Rion
>>2500232>Are we doing a PvP tournament again at the end of the year?Yes. There was a small initiative somewhere around March, but only 2(!!!!) people have replied, so I canned it. We'll host another one around Christmas, same time (or maybe a little earlier, depending how work goes) as last year. In a perfect world, I'd like to have at least 8 people participating for a nice, clean bracket, but we'll make do with any numbers. Last one was held on EU, so we can safely conclude that most people have teams there, which means we'll be hosting there once again.PLEASE, THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT - If you would like to participate in this local tournament, reply to this post OR send a message to Sneed'sFeed'nSeed on EU. If you don't have a team on EU, but would still like to take part, reply to this post anyway and start working towards a team NOW. Several people that tried to make teams for the last one didn't get to finish even two months in advance, so it's best to start early.I think I'd also like to host a post-tournament Christmas drawpile, but we'll see if we get burnt out on those by that point.>we can ask on the Steam forums or in trooncordsNo. I really don't want to mix the communities. First, I've had hands-on experience of how terrible steamforum babbies are after living through the Library of Ruina Early Access. Second, I really don't think any of the players out there want to associate with 4chan, considering the website has retained its boogeyman status among the normalfag audience. And third, the management of people among several forums would be a logistical nightmare.
>>2500336The base game with no difficulty options enabled is pretty easy.On the other hand, if you start a new run and max all the the difficulty it's pretty hard even for avid strategy players. Mainly because you lack masteries. In NG+ it's a lot easier.Troubleshooter generally has a bunch of factors that make it easier than other tactics games by default, first one being that your units can't die. Imagine if you got an instant game over whenever Albus went down, or if Irene was crit to death you lost her forever. Or even if you lost your drones or pets permanently. Or even if there was an injury mechanic. It doesn't have random growths like Fire Emblem, you can't get RNG screwed out of having a strong character. You can infinitely grind experience/materials on easy maps if needed, or replay story chapters. The shops have infinite stock and you can even trade with other players online. Some of the hardest maps are optional, or involve optional objectives.Basically it has the potential to be very hard but it's very forgiving as well, there's not much "bullshit" in the game.
>>2500918>you can even trade with other players onlineI feel like the trading system is gimped by the inability to trade legendary items or purple items that have been equipped. In pretty much every other game with player trading, it revolves around rare drops and good rolls, yet in Troubleshooter you can only trade for common weapons and materials that can be easily crafted or purchased from NPCs anyways.I myself have a lot of late game duplicates that I'm hesitant to scrap but wouldn't mind trading for specific legendary/epic items with good rolls, such as a Dunames S - MP of Sweeper.
>>2500232>>2500912I'd definitely join again, last year was very fun.We should maybe come up with a timetable beforehand this time though since that got kinda messy last time.>>2500912Me.
>>2500930>the trading system is gimped by the inability to trade legendary itemsThis would unironically be a good point to bring up in the steam forums.

>>2500912Ill try to see if I can get an EU endgame save going. Any tips for speeding through the game as fast as possible?
>>2502159Start on Hard to expedite the grind. Masteries will be the biggest bottleneck, so think about builds you'd like to use for endgame content a little in advance. Don't hesitate to ask for items/materials, I can trade them to you at any point if I'm not at work or otherwise dead. I could throw, like 10 perfect scales your way to make the early game a breeze lol
>>2502159As the other anon said playing on hard is good for mastery drops, but for later missions it might be best to just turn it down to the easiest difficulty so you don't have to optimize builds as much.Try to max out each character's classes as soon as they join and are getting big XP gains from being underleveled.A lot of masteries that seem like they require taming or achievements can be gotten in joint drills.>>2502161>I could throw, like 10 perfect scalesI don't think you can trade those
>>2502166>I don't think you can trade thoseYou can trade accessories. Yes, even legendaries. I know, because I've done it.
I don't have it in me to play for 100 more hours to get a new endgame team
>>2502241I'm pretty sure I can speedblitz to endgame in like 30 hours tops.
>>2502161Can you trade weapons and armor too?
>>2502258No, unfortunately. Only mats and accessories.
>>2502243it took me 97.1 to beat crimson crow from the start on hard. this is the best game I played all year though.
>>2502258Returning to this again - I can send some weapons and armor over mail. No unique are allowed, but set items and non-unique craftable weapons and armor pieces are good. Perhaps those are tradable as well? It's been a while since I've properly traded, sorry.>>2502159Actually, I got a tip from a different anon, maybe it's better for you to speedrun story on easier difficulties, while only switching for Hard once you start the mastery grind. Also, turning on Challenge mode really speeds up XP farming, you can be like level 30-40 by the time of the first John encounter on the bridge, it's crazy
Anyone got a good ice caster leton setup I can steal?
New save speedrun go!
>>2502532To be fair if you play on easy and ignore all the side-missions you can probably rush to "the endgame" really fast. 100% not enjoyable tho.
I've never touched online. Is there any guides to not getting my shit pushed in? I imagine PvP and PvE are leagues apart in terms of meta.
>>2502633>Is there any guides to not getting my shit pushed in?Not that I know of.>I imagine PvP and PvE are leagues apart in terms of metaKinda. There's a lot of shit that works in regular play that doesn't work in PVP, for example White Knight is almost always better in PVP than Barbarian. Another big thing is that cover and pincer bondings means there will be a lot more responsive attacks, so stuff that gives guaranteed dodges against those become very valuable. You can play against player teams selected from someone else on the server in joint drills so you can see what builds work in an environment similar to PVP without actually going up against another player, most of those teams aren't pvp-optimized themselves though.
>>2502633I wouldn't even know how to format such a guide.I think the simplest advice to start is to spam joint drills against random player teams and look at your opponents' builds. Especially if you're on EU, there are a lot of really powerful players in there and it'll help you get a feel for what other players' teams are capable of. The AI isn't that good at using certain team comps and actual players feel very different to fight just because of how they use their units, but it'll make your builds exponentially better and get you used to fighting against Cover and Pincer Attack.
I get that its a deepstate psyop but its still crazy that windwall became a mexican shanty town with how strong the gangs are during the game.

I remember an anon talking about how they were trying to get the game models to work in Blender, did you still need help with that? I don't know much about 3d modeling myself but it seems to be somewhat functional with the blender2ogre plugin.
>>2506396That was me, mainly it was all the plugins being outdated and broken. I'll check out the one you posted.

>>2506396>>2506401Also when checking this out myself, it seemed like some (or all) of the DLC outfits had meshes already in the game files, so it might be possible to just switch one of the default outfits to use their meshes/textures, or make a mod for offline use that adds the DLC outfits as their own thing, if for some reason you want to use them but don't want to buy them.

>>2506922I'm on Windows so I can't help you much there unfortunately. I had my OgreSDK extracted to its own directory that's not in the Blender one, maybe that has something to do with it. Don't know when it happened, but Tactical Reform got slightly nerfed. It used to trigger on blocks and dodges, but now the description only mentions dodges.
>>2507741You're right, the outdated mastery guide has it says both blocks and dodges.A weird thing to nerf, but I don't think it makes too much of a difference, though I never really used Tactical Reform myself.
>>2508091I think it might be an enemy-focused nerf, because it means highly accurate enemies can't set it up for low accuracy enemies until something actually misses you, and units with Tactical Reform can't chain it back and forth. White Tiger Hoodlums were a lot less accurate than I remembered going through those maps, for example. I thought it was just line of sight management, but that explains it.
Playing at the 2nd fastest speed for enemy/player actions kinda breaks the game. Sometimes masteries just dont trigger correctly for whatever reason.
>>2508134I've been playing on super fast for hundreds of hours now and haven't noticed any issues. Maybe it might just not seem like the masteries are activating because the camera tends to jerk away before all the pop-ups appear. >>2508229Yeah, I played on the speed setting below the fastest one since it warns you for a while and then I went to the fastest eventually and I never noticed anything messing up as a result of that. Not to say it couldn't be the case, but turns take long enough in this game.
>>2504063>HopesIt actually comes out.>ExpectationsIt's fun and an improvement over the previous game.>FearsThey really can't handle the new engine and it's a downgrade in every way from AC.
Carter is way cooler than irene why couldnt we have gotten him instead?
>>2509121The best villains are always cooler than the heroes.
Has anyone ever won as Jason against Ryo in the dockyard mission? Is there any special dialogue for doing so?
>>2509732I've done it a bunch of times. It's not that hard. You just have to abuse Jason's move distance to outrun Ryo until the timer runs down. The dialogue is a bit different and Jason remains on the map as a purple unit when you get control of your party.
>>2509733>jason can beat ryo by outrunning himKWAB
I wonder if Ryo will have his Assassin's Road personal mastery in Banished Children, it would be cool if he also shares Kylie's Fight Against Fate as a personal mastery choice too or has something similar to it. Same with Yuri, I want him to have something like Bianca's Witch of a Small Room.
>man who the fuck drops all the CMP masteries for BM?>switch Sion to battlemage>Irene and Sion have seperate battlemage mastery unlocks>I'm into DLC1 alreadyOh so thats why anons say to level the subclasses ASAP

>>2503290I'm bored so here's a list of gOoD sHiT from important enemies that I can remember off the top of my head>Sharky - Recluse (used in Sage's recipe), Fire Bolt, early Phoenix>Aizya - Informant (used in some Scholar masteries)>Ryo - early Battojutsu (can be gotten from Ryung Lee in joint drills later)>Julio - only source of most Priest masteries, even including Joint Drill enemies>Pink Horn - only source of Deathbringer in the whole campaign>Darius - Forgotten Pain (he, Ben and Skull Mask are the only enemies in the entire game that actually have it)>Andrei - Containing Attack, used in Fire Support's recipe>Snake - Early Steel Armor + some unique White Knight masteries>Yuranxiang - Lord of Hatred + second set of Magic Knight masteries>Skull Slasher - Thousand Cuts, Self-Examination>Tyron - base game Sophistry>Hellfire - base game Rational Suspicion
>>2510262Also forgot:>Felix - base game Re Mop-up
>>2510262The party members in Ramjist Plaza can be killed with the right dialogue options, also giving early access to masteries if you can kill them. Early Catharsis from Bianca, early Iron Wall from Leton which is useful for crafting battlemage masteries.
What's the better freeze bot if I'm tired of using Leton for that purpose and prefer using sniper over hunter on Giselle (so no ice negoor)?I've narrowed it down to either a draki baron or test subject mungo.I supposed a freezing laser drone might not be a bad option with all the responsives one can get, but needing to crit to inflict freeze really limits its effectiveness.
>>2510406Is Leton a reverse Irene?>lame>gay>villain>ice powers>lanket>hated by his family>and the fanbase
>>2510425>lameBoth Irene and Leton share this trait tho?
>>2510262Dandy hiding key masteries in random 1 off enemies is a gaming warcrime. My first playthrough I was missing so many of those core class masteries before giving up and googling where they dropped.
>>2510406Test Subject Mungo so they can throw ice grenades if needed
>>2510696This smug aura... is this really Irene...?>Eeh? You thought you could win, even though you're a villain? Weakling villain, weakling!

While waiting for any news on the sequel I've been replaying the game from scratch and clearing up some remaining achievements.Man have I been missing on shit, I never built a drone or captured a beast on my first playthrough until I was almost done and by then it's pretty hard to justify a half-assed budget clanker when you're fighting Destrons. Also turns out using Dancer masteries on Leton and Irene was the key to saving them from being stuck in AT hell for eternity.
>>2510860>Also turns out using Dancer masteries on Leton and Irene was the key to saving them from being stuck in AT hell for eternity. Not if a certain monkey has anything to say
>>2510860Yeah I also feel that drones do generally feel kinda terrible to use compared to other units. I've tried quite a bit to make them work but I've just never been able to balance the tradeoffs to make something generally worth using. I pretty much exclusively use hacker though, maybe engineer masteries make drones a lot better, and I don't even bother summoning drones anymore since they aren't worth the AP and AT in my eyes. It might just also be a playstyle issue, I build almost all my units around taking turns as quick as possible and drones either run out of fuel or just can't keep up.A lot of machine modules seem like they were designed more around being used on enemy units instead of player ones, I also dislike the lack of utility and support for drones. There are some beasts with value because of their supportive abilities for healing, buffing, and debuffing, even if they don't measure up in other departments, but the most you can get with drones are some passive auras, spider webs, and crit-dependent freezes. This means you can only build drones to tank and/or deal damage, which comes with tradeoffs between those two and speed and fuel. It's a shame because Kylie is one of my favorite characters.
Does this make things more interesting or does having so many extra slots trivialize the game?
>>2510960It does trivialise the game, but it's still pretty fun for mucking around or attempting retarded solo challenges like that guy that did solo White Knight all maps cruel/challenge mode
>>2510901>I don't even bother summoning drones anymore since they aren't worth the AP and AT in my eyes. That's going way too far because Kylie's optimal gear includes enough Master Machine gear to summon it for free. You can do stuff like summon a stealthed drone that automatically revives you as well as debuffs the enemy, so it's really just a matter of creativity here. Offensively Engineer does help substantially but you can still make Red Sand drone counters with Automatic Reattack fairly easily and it's one of the lower effort ways to do it. The drone can even become cover while doing it.
>>2510960Limit Break makes the game way easier, though I suppose one thing you could do is just don't use the extra TP and slots so the enemies are even stronger. Maybe I'll do that on my next playthrough...
>>2510860>Also turns out using Dancer masteries on Leton and Irene was the key to saving them from being stuck in AT hell for eternity. For me, it's Solitary Fighter and Wandering Brawler. Distorted Heart works pretty well too.
>>2510860For Leton you can keep his broken Warming Up buff active for physical + suppression immunity. He has more ways than anyone else to reduce cooldown so it's often feasible to keep it up forever. With his 4-point Leton mastery it doesn't even take any action points.
>>2510901What I meant was being in endgame and trying to bring a low effort drone just doesn't cut.I made a couple of these guys as soon as I recruited Kylie and they've been chunking Bicrons for over half their HP; I'm sure they'll be even stronger once I have access to more modules.Special armor is really nice when you're the one taking advantage of it.
>>2510982Recharge drones can be really powerful and can easily hit Special Armor thresholds.
I was looking at the Korean questions thread on the steam forums and saw that Dandy had released official birthdays, heights and weight for Luna, Carter and MarcoLuna: 20th of September 789, 138cm, 34kgCarter: 13th of March 781, 200cm, 104kgMarco: 6th of June 766, 178cm, 66kgCarter's shorter than I thought he would be. iirc when the thread tried to infer his height we were ending up around 230cm.
>>2510987230cm would look freakish. He's just a tall chad, not slenderman.
>>2510987I thought Carter would be at least a year or two older than the other Alleys. He's still the oldest of the bunch (maybe Turk and Na'am could be older but we don't know their birthdays) but he's only a few months older than Ray. Also 6'6 is still pretty fucking tall.
I didn't know there was an assassin class
>>2511595Marco and Shandian use it
>>2511595Yup there are several classes in the game which barely make an appearance or aren't used at allThe VHPD defender units also use their own class which doesn't appear anywhere else>>2511662I always thought Shandian was a Rogue, wtfnever noticed he was an AssassinI think Misty's second class was originally intended to be Assassin at some point, which is why Ninja has masteries based around Knife Throw, which fits with Assassin having access to masteries that boost piercing damage
>>2511698Shandian has a weird as fuck board setup too with second wind + enough rest for whatever reason. Idk how Dandy designs enemies.
2 more months until the demo. I sense a Christmas Day release
>>2511810Second Wind and Enough Rest synergize very well. I really like it on Albus.I think the weirder thing about his board is how it seems entirely designed around his Throw Weapon ability. So many masteries for bleed and piercing damage with just one ability that has a cooldown.Early game there aren't that many masteries so Dandy probably just sticks whatever might give some benefit to the enemy without being too strong. Mid game is where we start to see more and more "themed" enemies, then in the late base game enemies start having some actually annoying synergies. They were probably trying to keep some sort of difficulty curve while spreading out mastery drops. It's not until the DLCs that common enemies use a bunch of synergizing masteries/sets to fuck people over and resemble player builds.
~120% chance to dodge on a timaSoft Hails/Large Snowflakes gives +1.5% for each ice mastery while in exposed state, 30 equipped ice masteries and sets for +45% dodge chance, and beasts are always exposed by default. Clever Successor gives also -15 AT per dodge. On 46v it consistently dodges most attacks, but it's not totally untouchable and still somewhat vulnerable to suppression. But it's probably useless against DLC2 enemies.
>>2511855I didn't bother leveling it to max but it uses so many expensive masteries that there's several empty slots after nearly hitting TP limit. I also had to use the genetics mastery that give +2 support slots to fit all the ice masteries in, never had to use one of the +2 slot genes before.Overall not a very practical build but dodge builds are always fun
>>2511855It's really funny what you can do with beasts. This guy hit like a freight train but could only act once every 5 years.
Do they have SMASHED and SLAMMED timas in Valhalla?
When's the drawpile
>>2511855>ice tima>>2511869>magma timaMy legendary pets autism is triggered over these not being Silver/Ash respectively.
>>2512364>SilverSnow, you meanLegendary isn't always better, especially with the Timas. They have different movesets.
>>25122052morrow
>>2512364I prefer sniper so I don't usually use legendary beasts, also I didn't feel like going through the pain of trying to tame Snow and hoping I get the right number of gene masteries just for a meme build.
At some point Dandy bugfixed Magic Backflow so that it correctly wouldn't harm Barbarian Alisa. It's always this effect, but previously it still dealt damage to her when she converted her vigor to rage. Now it doesn't.
Bros I fucking hate Yashas like you wouldn't believe.
This shit has to be the most miserable VC in the entire game.Even 600 close suppressive fire revenge shot silence magic backflow spamming Crimson Crow enemies aren't as frustrating as the 5 gorillion Yashas with 120% dodge, final resistance and third heart.
>>2512525In the past I waited until my team was overleveled before trying that case just because of how annoying it is. In the past I've considered taming a yasha just to use against the other yashas on the webs.Try using auto-hits/crits like Sen no Sen or wind/fire grenades to clear the webs if you aren't already.
>>2512553Yes, Albus mopped up the whole colony while Sion tanked the frogs but pretty much everyone else died.Anne got killed early and the whole fight was a continuous uphill battle.
Is Close Suppressive Fire a meme?
>>2512556Sweeper as a whole is a meme.
>>2512556I know there's a couple of anons in this thread who run Heixing builds designed around berserker and CSF, and those builds seem pretty strong.>>2512562Sweeper is the most chad class in the game
>>2512562Sweeper is not a meme. It's better than Ranger if you know how to abuse it.
>>2512563>and those builds seem pretty strong.I've been largely disappointed by it. Going all in on berserker takes up a lot of TP and heixing doesn't have the tankiness to pull it off. Its a lot like bloody berserker albus with you needing really good end game gear to pull it off.
is there any real functional difference between dark yashas, basic ash yashas, and the grey yasha? weird how there's so many seemingly identical spirit yashas stat-wise. other beasts who share the same class and sp type usually have different abilities or stats.
>>2512579Dark Yashas have 500 base HP compared to 300 for ash/grey, but they're a bit slower - 60 base speed compared to 64 for the others.Grey Yasha is numerically the same as the regular Ash Yashas but has a higher rank, and iirc (been a long time since I tamed one) it's one of the few legendary beasts you can summon as a Sniper because it evolves from a lower form like the Draki King/Queen do.
Here's a non-Berserker Sweeper I've posted a few times in the past. It shreds. As long as you target 2 or more enemies with Sweeping Fire you can continuously use it until the entire screen is clear, and then One Shot One Kill + the class' inherent Mop Up gives you 2 action points to reposition with.
> As long as you target 2 or more enemies with Sweeping Fire*And kill one of them. It's not free-free, but it's still pretty insane.
carter in his tight black leather clothing kind of reminds me of tom of finland art
>>2512687Ebin!
How exactly do you build a ninja Misty, and what's her game plan?Rogue seems so much better for eliminating non-Destron bosses.
>>2512918Ninja is kinda shit. Its best build is perma invis knife throw built around perfect prep and having her create smoke clouds that keep her permanently hidden. Besides that there is some meme ESP builds using all water masteries.
>>2512687For me he's more like deep dark fantasy
I think this might be one of the only beasts I kind of wanted Foul Smell on. No space for mastery slots, but Hidden Wildness + Foul Smell is going to make this guy an absolute dodge unit
Beasts so far on this playthrough. I got the three Drakis in a single run of the nest because I just happened to have Giselle next to an egg when her tame came off cooldown after having done tame -> reload - > tame at the start of the mission
These lategame beast bosses are so minmaxed that it surprises me every time. I think the only mastery I want to remove is Get Fully Ready.
Yolo
She's actually survived that so far
Heixing rescues her
Deathless~
>>2512918ninja can be built as a sort of weird hybrid between physical and esp damage and support, in case you ever wanted a second ray on your team, but the limited uses of jutsu kinda gimps it.>>2513134>>2513137>>2513138>>2513148such a fun levelarguably the peak of the story missions
>>2513236>arguably the peak of the story missionsI like it a lot, but I just finished 59S and it was thrilling as hell this replay. Crimson Crow is a lot of fun when it actually tries to be difficult.I was complaining to an anon from here in-game yesterdayish that Crimson Crow wasted so many maps on solo maps and whatever they were thinking with Karma. I'm glad it exists but it feels wasted when it should have been endgame clusterfucks with your massive decked out team.
Also for the first time in almost 3800 hours I actually failed to have enough money to pay for Don's rent. Going to see what working for it entails.
It annihilates your motivation and I lost 113 reputation with Don

How exactly would this happen?Like a charge attack triggering forestallment? Or are there easier ways?
>>2513395Grenadier upgraded frag grenade friendly fire
>>2513401Carter would be proud.
>>2512556One thing you can do with CSF is you can just take it by itself with the usual reaction fire AT refund sets and it's a pretty good defensive measure. I feel like that's the most value I've gotten out of it. Don't need multiple CSFs if you get your turn back after the first one. Clever use lets you position near an enemy that's about to move, get your turn back off the CSF killing them, and then do his usual Sweeping Fire loop.
Which one of you is roaming EU with the name Panty Ripper and using Anne's dress outfit as your leader?
That was pretty hard. My team is really not built for that map yet.
>>2513669Not me, but I also use Anne in her dress outfit as my leader.
>>2513745She is so pretty.
Damn, I remember this mission being a lot harder than this.On my first playthrough I must have spent hours and countless retires trying to fight off the endless waves of enemies, but this took 20 minutes and no retries.A properly built Alisa tanking the whole map and Bianca oneshotting everything on sight are terrifying.
>>2513739Thats the hardest mission in the game imo. Its the ultimate benchmark for endgame builds.
>>2513847I remember it took me several playthroughs to start building physical resistances, so the enemy damage felt insurmountable by that point in the game. Doesn't help that Metallic Muscle Armour is a relatively new set and there aren't any enemies that use it.
>>2513851Yeah, I agree. It's the map I run the most with maxed out parties. 60V is such a letdown in comparison.

The sequel should have a mercenary system as a parallel to the pets system. In the sense that you can create custom class+ESP combos to explore synergies that you otherwise wouldn't be able to get with set characters.
>>2514018Dandy posted something on the forums along the lines that there wouldn't be custom characters in vanilla BC but it would be possible with modding.
>>2513881Always the fucking Attack/Support 1-point masteries
K got a save to endgame on EU for the tournament.Took ~60 hrs to get through the game + dlc. 10 of those was probably raw grinding since speedrunning the story meant I had no masteries/materials/gear.
I found out today that kills from Giselle's traps count towards Giant Killer because it's the traps that are considered to be doing the killing and they have no HP
>>2514199all the more reason for Giant Killer to be busted on Giselle
Is there any way to repeat quest missions from town NPCs? I want to get machine hunter ezpz by doing that one mission with the 50 shitty drones.
>>2514203Yes, talk to the NPCs and there should be a dialogue option somewhereYou can also use that to tame the unique yasha and negoori while they're babies
