Took me a while but I finally finished the DLC. It was good but basically just more of the same. I think they're really good at hype moments and aura and the 10/10 soundtrack carries the emotional moments, I just wish there was more fleshing out of the story and characters in between those moments.I look forward to CV3 in 7 years.

What determines if an enemy will get knocked back when I attack? Sometimes they don't get knocked back and continued to strike while I'm attacking them. It's annoying.

Your own attacks reduce their Balance and eventually lead to a stagger, but until then they have hyper armour on all attacks, buffs and spells. The same is true for the player too and you can tank hits while using skills if you build for it. Also this isn't an rpg.
