Chronologically its 1 A/Z 2 4 5 3 6. They could easily throw 7 some where in the middle there because the story doesn't matter in the end. What matters is the characters we get to play as. If the timeline progresses to the point that Ryu and Ken no longer exists or Chun Li and Cammy get too old, they wont even bother with progressing it.
